yes - that seems like a lot to lose in one year. Did they possibly mean your ULTIMATE goal rather than your one-year goal? If the latter, that is pretty ambitious. I was 316 the morning of surgery and 190 at my one-year appt. My surgeon was ELATED....

No my ultimate goal is 150

  3. Yes my surgeon is super excited because I have lost at every appointment and never missed a goal he set I'm the kind of person to strive and make my goals but this one is difficult I'm 5 7' and yes I have excessive skin I think I'm struggling with exercise again was gun hold but now slacking and wanting sweets u don't eat a lot of it I'm guessing that's why the problem is I feel dehydrated plus been having stomach problems still throwing up on occasion stomach cramps.and I am a female I go go labs tomorrow

176 lbs in a year is A TON of weight loss - well above average. Congratulations!

I was eating around 1000-1200 calories a day after the one year mark. I did continue to lose into year 2 (I think I stopped losing at about 20 months out), but it was DEADLY slow. Like maybe 2 or 3 lbs a month. But I totally expected that - weight loss slows down considerably once you get close to goal. I'd just keep up with what you're doing - you may drop a few more lbs. And ignore the sugar and bread cravings!!! I really stuck to my plan until I hit maintenance - and I'm sure that's why I was able to lose all of my excess weight.

Is my maintenance my goal weight
