I'm still dealing with the " Are you sick" comments. Or what happened to you, comments. I'm getting better with answering. I just say I'm eating healthy and exercising more. Some people are really persistent and nosey. I then throw their questions back at them. Are you sick? What happened to you? Some people actually got mad when I said that. Well now, how do you think I feel!

Congrats on your surgery @losingtolivewithjen!!! Yay! You're going to love YouTube. It's such a great community and when you post regularly it really helps keep you accountable. I'm going to sub to you! I'm in maintenance now and have been posting weekly videos since pre-op. I'm 1 lb. away from my ultimate goal!! I'll be doing a big giveaway/celebration when I hit goal which I think will be this weekend. Swing by my channel, and check out! I'm sooooo excited. April 2! And I’m on my Clear Liquids I made it through the day ok but i have a horrible headache right now it’s from detoxing all the caffeine and carbs should get better soon BEST WISHES !

It’s also been hard for me to reach the requirements of Water in a day .. Protein hasn’t really been a problem for me .. have you tried drinking the fairlife milk? It has a lot of protein.. what’s also been hard for me is getting in veggies because by the time I eat my protein off my plate I am super full
