I would ask your surgeon. I was able to switch at 1 month to capsule. I've heard others having to wait by instruction of their surgeon.

I think everyone is different! I had no relief from dilaudid and all the relief from just 5mg of oxy. And the spasm medicine was amazing. I woke up and was in so much pain

I'm certain I'm going to be a slow loser too! Part of me is happy for skin side but the other is like ugh I want to feel lighter and do more things!

Think I will order me one in a size 15, if when it comes time to wear it, it's too big, then I have lost Too Much weight, don't see That happening. Probably as unlikely as Donald Trump getting on National TV and telling us he's sorry and where those blasted tax returns can be found .

I was 233 day off my surgery, but I am 5'3" so that is quite a bit of weight on my frame. I'm down to 218 and pretty happy with it! I'm still in purees. Going well though! I'm only getting 50ish grams of Protein though. :/ still working on that.

I did not have restrictions! I have a spasm medicine and oxy but the spasm is helping much more than the oxy. I’ve quit taking the narcotics.

My favorite Wal-Mart flavor is Wild strawberry followed by Strawberry Kiwi. I think they are a little strong so I mix them in a full bottle of Water, but they do take the BLAH out of plain water.

Yes! I was the same way! I had mine yesterday.

My personal favorites are pink or regular lemonade and fruit punch. I alternate the two. Water just gets so boring. Gatorade zero is really good too. Tastes almost like the original.

Who got any sleep at the hospital?! Seems like everyone is coming in and out and no sleep!

Naiad Shoot at the hospital the day of my surgery I so tired that I told them to quickly knock me out with the anesthesia because I’m about to knock out because I’m so sleepy. Actually I’m pretty sure I was falling asleep as they started putting the anesthesia 😂. I didn’t fully wake up until about 12am. I was so tired that I was conscious when they moved me out of surgery bed. Well at least I think, all I remember is hearing okay we are done. . . Then I felt them lift my body and move it to another bed. Then I felt movement and again movement to another bed. I herd people around me, and I would slightly but just barely open my eyes. Because I didn’t want to wake up from the lights. And I remember in recovery room I was moving my legs and arms a lot 😂. My mother came to visit and she said I was I feeling I told her fine. . . But I’m really really still sleepy, so I knocked out. Woke up a few times when they took me to my room, just to make sure they gave me my glasses back. Then I knocked out again. I was so tired because I went to sleep at 12 something am, due to excitement for the surgery. I woke up at 5:30am for my surgery appointment that was at 11:30am but didn’t get into surgery until 5:30pm so I was getting really tired from being in that chair waiting for them to call me. You can say I did wake up a few time but the tiredness and sleepiness hit me hard. . . But not as hard as them gas pains from the surgery 😂 😬😅

Two days for me!! I’m so excited! Only on liquids for two days and magnesium citrate. Ready to take it on!
