Does anyone have a preference as to which one to use for the liquids/puree portion of the post op diet. I have been researching like crazy, but can't make up my mind.
Thanks in advance for any help/opinions/experiences.... 😊

Day one and two were rough. Its been hard getting my liquid and Protein intake. I do not like the taste of the Protein Water. Its better if it is ice cold. Today has been a little better though. I just have t o make sure I am taking my nausea med on time. I've been pretty nauseous. Thanks for asking! :-)

I am tentatively scheduled to have my surgery on April 9th. I am using Dr. Mark Pleatman in Bloomfield Hills, MI. (https://www.drpleatman.com/weight-loss-program-alternate.htm). Here is a link to his self-pay program. You can also look at his pre/post op plans for surgery.
Best of luck to you!

Everything went well. I am having my surgery scheduled for April 9th. He was very straight-forward and gave me the pros and cons. He didn't advocate for or against, which I was grateful for.
I pray that I am making the right choice. This is such a scary decision, no matter how much research you do.

Has anyone had Dr. Pleatman perform their VSG? If so, please let me know your experience. I actually have a consultation tomorrow. Thanks in advance!!!

I'm feeling rather cheap right now... I'm not sure how much I would use it.
