Ps here in Indiana I was raised to warm up with a cube of chicken bouillon and a cup of hot boiling Water, on those freezing cold winter days. Probably why we all have high blood pressure up north. 😥😩

Thanks I am having a good day. And I have cut out the the binge eating but I have so many different things factoring and why I eat...you don't even know I'm completely changing my life in a matter of months

Nope I’m happy to get rid of my big clothes!! You get to buy new clothes and shopping becomes fun again! Nice trying things on in “regular” sizes. Still have more to lose but getting there!!

I've gained 15 pounds waiting for my surgery date. I think it's the last suppers and things like that. I'm now on a better track trying to lose the weight before the end of March. Any tips or advice?
