I had the gastric bypass surgery on 01-23 so I’m in the liquid and purée stage. Any tips on how to get all my ounces of liquid and protein in. I literally eat or Drink like 2 bites and I’m super full.

Thank y’all so much! I’ve been super motivated and positive even though the pain in the hospital and I’m still sore but I’m moving a lot so that helps. I’m just trying to get a routine together where I can get all my ounces of fluid in and all my protein it’s kind of hard at this stage.

On 01-23-19 had gastric bypass.
