    Possible Gallbladder Removal

This happened to my friend after her sleeve surgery. Her gall bladder filled up with sandy crystals and was removed. He mum had her GB out too so there may also be a genetic component. Good luck S

I'm excited! I've got a wedding with the same crowd in May. I will be 3 months post surgery so I should be at least a little slimmer and more energetic. I'm excited to carve up the dance floor! S

Same!!! It's coming up so fast. I had my dietician appointment and started to get very anxious about the surgery, very apprehensive. But then I went to a friends 30th and I was the largest one there and struggled to stand the whole time. I remembered all the reasons why I'm doing this and now I'm excited. It was a perfectly timed kick up the butt!
  6. Hey everyone. I'm about a month pre-op. I'm very excited and nervous for my journey ahead. The only real reservation I have with this whole journey is the possibility of excess skin. Obviously it is very much the lesser of two evils. My thought process towards it is if I do everything within my power to minimize it then that's all I can do. I've been researching. Collagen rich foods, heaps of water and muscle building excersise all that I can manage. Do you guys have any tips on minimizing excess skin? Thanks for your help. S

Hey! Me too! I have a surgery date of 12/02. Its coming up really fast! I only had 10 weeks notice from first consultation to surgery date! I'm so nervous, I have no idea what to expect! I'm excited for my future though. S
