Thank you all...I never stopped exercising and I always watched what I ate...did I have set backs yes..did I plateau absolutely...but I kept going I went in weight was 220 I am 131 this morning...I do want to get to 125 and continue to tone my body .. Hello..went on vacation and I ate and drank alot ...6 days to exact. How do I know if I messed up my surgery? I am 9 months out and I have lost 70 pounds but this vacation messed me up bad.. I need advice..so I went on vacation.. I ate and drank and ate more than usual...wondering if I did damage to myself? 6 days later 7pounds up and very worried I stretched my tummy. 8months I had my surgery..
