    Food Before and After Photos

    Cookout with friends yesterday. I made the wings, cheesecake, wonton cups, and BBQ ribs (forgot to take a pic) Ate a little of everything I brought except the ribs and had my friends steak skewers. Also snacked on some salami and cheese. Every time I get out of my eating routine and prepared meals I always feel like crap the next day, and not physically but mentally. Also don’t mind my ugly mini cheesecakes. I thought I had cupcake liners and turns out I didn’t so I had to make liners out of foil. I also didn’t have enough time to drizzle and decorate each one more so I kinda did a crazy panic drizzle in the pan 😅
  2. Wow I wish I started at that weight! It seems like you're doing really good! I hit my one year on 8/5 and started at 375. I currently weight 226. As far as issues, none except for the slow weight loss. I really need to start working out more or else I feel like I'm going to stay at this weight forever.

    Some breakfast and snack pics from today and yesterday: Pic 1: Avocado toast with the aldi zero carb bread and a tuna packet. Usually my go to when I can’t cook Pic 2: New snack to satisfy my sweet tooth cravings. Sliced banana with pb and chocolate almond granola.

    I agree! Definitely a reflection of the new me vs old me. It’s still so crazy to me how much my mentality has changed in regards to food. The change of mindset was more of a prize than the weight loss.

    So I’ve been craving enchiladas verdes so bad but trying to avoid the bread like carbs so I made an enchilada salad? Idk what to call it really. I basically made chicken in homemade salsa verde and put it on a bed out spring mix and romaine. Topped it with cotija cheese, light sour cream, onions, and cilantro. Also added some cucumbers and tomatoes. Craving satisfied ✅

    Today’s breakfast: Banana cinnamon chia pudding with fruit, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, almonds, and a sprinkle of granola. Shared this with my boyfriend.

    Went out for tacos with a friend. Ate all 3 and one tortilla plus a watermelon margarita. They were shrimp, carnitas, and barbacoa tacos. The street corn is hers. We were there for a few hours lol and let me tell you that drink was strong 😅 it’s been a while since I’ve had alcohol.

    I hit my one year anniversary a couple weeks ago and as of today I weigh 227 and I started at 375 .... 148 pound weigh loss, still can’t believe it! I know I have so much more to go but I couldn’t be happier!

    This was breakfast and lunch for me: scrambled tofu with mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes, homemade pink beans, 2 jícama wraps, bacon, and a spoon of a light sour cream and milk concoction with a sprinkle of cotija cheese.

    It was my first time having it and WOW delicious! It was one of the best dinners and dining experiences I’ve ever had. If you start making it I’d love to see! I’ll be researching recipes soon. There was an eggplant salad we had that I can’t stop thinking about lol

    Went to Philly for 4 days with my bf and had some amazing food! I didnt log or watch what I was eating. I ended up having foods I haven’t had in a year like pasta and white bread. I went there already decided that I was going to eat freely and I’m glad I did because it made me realize how much I’ve changed habit wise and how much I love my meal routine and logging my food. It just makes me feel good. Would I go on vaca and eat like this again? No. But no regrets this time. And I walked so much that I didn’t gain weight lol Here are some of the dishes I had. My favorite hands down was the Moroccan meal we had the first day. Forgot to take pics of a roast pork sandwich, Philly cheesesteak, macaroni and cheese, wonton soup, and a beef kabob wrap.

    Made dubu kimchi. I became addicted to that dish I bought from my local Korean restaurant and I knew I was going to end up broke if I didn’t learn how to make it lol Made it with chicken breast instead of pork
