Im avocado obsessed! Although Im still in weight loss mode and its high in cals, I find it worth it because its so filling and after a year out I find I can eat way more so it helps. Cant wait to see your beautiful creations with avocado! -

Fridays dinner was my burrito bowl again but with shrimp and Saturday’s was take out. Ordered the beef loc lac and spicy Thai wings. Ate two wings and like three bites of the beef dish. Unfortunately on Sunday I tried eating the leftovers but I threw it all all up. I think the meat was too tough on my stomach. -

Basically I’ve been eating the same thing everyday this week. Breakfast/lunch is some kind of avo toast with fruit Dinner has been a burrito bowl with a salad base or tacos with the same ingredients. The 1 carb tortillas arrived and they are not bad. Absolutely no flavor but they do the job so I can’t complain. Snack: Popcorners -
So its been a little over a year since my surgery and I've went without exercising (I'm not counting my walks). I absolutely hate the gym. I'm super self conscious and think everyone is staring at me when I know people are too busy to care. I'm hoping one day my mentality will change but until then I'm looking to workout at home. I haven't felt this good in years and I finally have the motivation to exercise. I never thought I'd be saying this but I have such a strong drive to sweat my a** off and lose the rest of this weight. Anyways, I'm looking for a good workout subscription, any recommendations? I was doing some research and it seems like Beach Body and Daily Burn are two of the most popular. Does anyone have experience with either of them? Today I'll be starting the Lily Sabri workouts from YouTube. Her workouts seem like they're going to kill me which is what I'm looking for. If anyone knows any other YouTuber's like her please pass those names along, thank you!!

Breakfast today: The usual avo toast with a scrambled egg, fruit with almond butter and another egg on the side. This was a much better balance and I was full. Also took a couple bites of my bfs chia seed pudding bowl. -

Wanted to switch up my breakfast by trying to eat a carb heavy breakfast instead and it didn’t go well 🤦🏻♀️ I made chia seed pudding out of the strawberry fairlife protein shake and topped it with 1 banana, 1kiwi, 1 peach, 5 black berries, 2 tbsp of blueberries, and 1 tbsp of almond granola. Everything was good and I enjoyed it but I was not full. I know it’s carbs but I would think after all that I would be somewhat full. I might try this again but with oatmeal and less fruit. Anyways, Avo toast with two eggs on zero carb bread was my dinner since I missed it so much. -

Thank you! And the pancakes are topped with hemp seeds, chia seeds, cacao nibs, almonds, low cal maple syrup, and berries. I microwave frozen mixed berries and mash them. Makes for a great sauce! -

Saturday’s food: Breakfast: Cappuccino but gave the whip to my bf. He enjoyed that lol Lunch/Dinner: Went out to eat Portuguese food with the bf and his family. Ordered the carne alentejana. It was EXTREMELY filling. Remembered the after pic. Today: Breakfast: Iced matcha latte Lunch: Avo toast with a pasteis de nata from a Portuguese bakery we picked up on Saturday Dinner: Homemade chicken soup with tons of veggies and egg 🥚 -

This looks so good! It even looks like dough, amazing! I didn’t know it could work with shredded chicken breast. I’ve been wanting to try it ever since I saw a recipe video for it on Facebook. In the video they used ground chicken instead. -

All the food I had today. No leftovers. Trying to up my calories since I’m in a stall. I’ve been eating around 600-700 a day and my nut says it’s not enough. With my last stall she recommended I up my cals and add more carbs and to my surprise she was right. The idea of eating more just scares the crap out of me. Breakfast: Avo toast and an egg on the go. The bf and I had to be somewhere so he was driving while I was getting yolk all over my face. Lunch: 1 Oatmeal banana pancake with microwaved frozen berries and a sprinkle of cacao nibs, chia seeds, and hemp seeds. Also had 1 yellow peach and some cut up fruit. Dinner: Salad with chicken breast (romaine, spring mix, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes) Snack: I saved the banana in the pancake photo and decided to eat it with a tablespoon of pb2 Drinks: Iced matcha latte w/ almond milk
