Very true. I agree w you. I think the boxes are deceiving-some just have that ingredient in it. Mixed w flour etc. Some are NOT all cauliflower crust as they claim.
really have to read the labels.
I’ve found that if I get my own pizza dough-roll it out really thin and make it that way. It turns out to be just as good and prob better cal/fat wise. Although I haven’t done the calculations. I’m not a big pizza eater so I rarely eat it to begin with. But when I do that is my pref to make it myself. I control the thickness of the crust, the sauce, the toppings

I love love love avacodo!! I’ve never had avacodo with an egg?!
Fried or over easy eggs are the only eggs I can eat. Scrambling post sleeve gross me out. Smell of them cooking and the taste.

Re: losing teeth and TikTok. It's TikTok. Who's saying this? First hand post WLS patients with first-hand knowledge, or the Body Positivity/Fat Liberation/HAES crowd who have a vested interest in putting others off weightloss? I've never heard of the teeth thing. It sounds very much like scare-mongering BS to me, and that it's coming from TikTok raises one mighty red flag. You'll likely have some temporary Hair loss, but losing teeth? Never heard of such a thing in terms of a WLS side effect.
Re: the easy way out. People again often have an ulterior motive, or are projecting their own issues when they double down on the whole "easy way out" myth. I have never dieted harder and changed my lifestyle more diligently than I have after WLS. WE do the hard work counting calories and watching macros and exercising. The surgery simply makes it next to impossible to fall off the wagon. Do people who insist it's the easy way imagine it's ... what? Like the tooth fairy? Fat is taken away by the blessed pixies every night as we still eat whatever we like? It's ignorance, or in the case of people who want to argue and not accept the truth: willful stupidity. And they're not people worth having around.
Some people also just project their own insecurities and that will manifest as a nasty little emotion called envy. You'll find these people in both the above camps.

I believe some practices call this a circumferential abdominoplasty or even a lower body lift (correct me if I am wrong) Either way it’s fabulous.
At my surgeon’s recommendation, I staged my plastics to do the front first (abdominoplasty and mastoplexy) then the back (posterior body lift and misc.) so it was essentially the same in the end. I am very satisfied.
    Pros:
*Very good at removing all latitudinal excess skin
*One surgery so one healing period.
    *Completely worth it.
    Cons:
*If you gave any longitudinal play you’ll a need fleur de lis also (or something along those lines).
*Rather large incision so you’ll need to protect it from tension in a lot of areas. *Cost more than just abdominoplasty alone.
One small piece of advice- go with the most skilled/accredited surgeon (within your budget) that consistently delivers great results on bodies that looks like yours.
    Good Luck!

    another resto dinner.
ordered 2 apps (braised pork belly and grilled octopus cuz i couldn't decide), and dessert (gold leaf bourbon chocolate truffle skulls...so cute right??)
ate one piece of the pork (i didnt like the kimchi it was sitting in...too much sauce, not enough cabbage), and all the cracklin pieces (3 of em)
the octopus was Dee-Lish-ous, omg...ate a tentacle and a half and all the greens.
ate 1 of those super cute skulls.
no after pics cuz its all in mr.'s stomach, ha!
didnt bother tying to figure out the cals..am just gonna log something later that has 600 calories.
...and i didn't drink any alcohol (shocker!) cuz me and mr. and i are going dry for the rest of the month for a bet lol.

Happy that you made the choice to have WLS. I'm going to give you a different way of looking at this. LOTS of people (meeee) have body dysmorphia. Crazy but when i was 232lbs (5'2") and i looked in the mirror.... I didn't see 232lbs. I saw what was in my head. In fact I decided to have WLS (lapband) when I saw a picture and didn't know it was me.... the feeling was awful.......... fast forward...... 143lbs (lapband) and all I saw in the mirror was the fat girl............ fast forward....... 2+ years after lapband removed 173lbs I didn't see how terrible I looked again............ Sleeved at 173lbs and now i'm at 125-129 and I still don't see the person everyone else sees in the mirror...... I got down to 120 and i got a lot of "your soooo skinny". It's crazy how the mind plays trick on us...... and yes i'm in therapy.
So she probably doesn't see what you saw.

There are temporary side effects of losing larger amounts of weight like we do through this process. One is Hair loss & some lose more or less than others. Another is looking drained, wan, tired or even gaunt. There are other individual things too. But most of these are temporary. Once our weight stabilises & our eating changes to include a broader range of foods & nutrient sources & our portion sizes increase these things change. Over time our hair regrowth is more noticeable & our remaining fat seemingly resettles. Well it did for me & my friends who also had the surgery.
Around the time my weight loss had almost stopped, my uncle told my mother I looked like death. My hour glass shape had gone but I felt good in myself & very pleased with what I had achieved. Within a few months of my weight stabilising my curves returned (hello waist - though I still don’t have a butt). My uncle told me I looked great & others commented on my glowing, healthy skin. My hair was thickening as the length of the new growth was nearing that of my existing hair.
A short time of not looking my best is nothing. Happily pay that price to feeling & looking how I do now which is way better than I have in forever. I don’t even really care about my saggy, loose skin - I’ve earned it - it’s a reminder of where I was & what I did to get where I am now.

    my personal anecdote:
i weigh less today than when i decided to stop losing weight. this decision to stop weight loss was because i thought i was getting too skinny at that time..
however....i look waaaaaaaay healthier (and hotter! lol) now than i did back then. back then i had thin hair, hallowed cheeks and eyes, and generally all around frail looking.
A few months after hitting my lowest weight, i started the to perk up in the looks department.
i think rapid weight loss really does a number to one's appearance...but i also think its only temporary (in my case at least, and quite a few others that i know of).
further, even though i looked pretty gaunt back then, i still think/thought i was all that and a bag of chips.
