Maultaschen (used as ravioli) with zucchini, broccoli and mushrooms in a Tomato sauce. The broccoli didn't match but had to go.

Leftover southwest salad, boiled egg and sweet potato medallions (that fell apart).
I did not finish this especially the egg which was an afterthought for Protein sake. Funny if these were frozen waffles, I would have attempted to eat 2 even though they are more calories. 😐

This has been... just a whole crazy crazy adventure.
Highest weight 402, currently around 200-210. Had my surgery at 325lbs 2018-01-22, will have my TT on 2021-06-04

over 3 long years. I am happy I am stable (weight shifting a bit up and down but never too major) and i was approved for a panni. But with my weight loss and how my skin hangs, the surgeon suggested a fleur de lys since my upper stomach have what I call my second set of boobs. I am excited and scared of this new adventure but I will say my self confidence took a big hit with how my body now is
first two is the current me, and the last one probably at my highest. I hate showing my stomach now, even to my partner. When i bought my bikini, they had a hard time to find a bottom that I was asking for to cover the whole stomach. While the skin on my arms bothers me, it will most likely never be done. My legs will be as they are covered but should be in a year from now I assume.

leftover dinner party food/snacks from last night: my (self-proclaimed) famous jalapeño cheddar cornbread, Mr.'s super-yum guacamole and store bought pepperoni stick: 510 calories for the bowl, ate about 1/2...will attempt the rest later.

Crawfish tofu stir fry (can't believe it's not butter, soy sauce,. Crawfish tails, silken tofu, lemon juice, garlic, cajun, salt, pepper) with a toasted clay oven shao bing (Chinese sesame flat bread). I ate 30g bread (half), and 97g of the stir fry. Sometimes, I "practice" mindful eating. I weigh the larger portion before and then again, after I eat, and get the amount I ate to log it. Hence, that huge dish lol. I am always surprised that I stop at around 4 ounces. I usually weigh my serving first though since I don't trust myself lol.

Back to basics, just kidding. Salmon pâté -
This is still a staple in my lazy food arsenal because there is 15g of Protein in the pâté. I could have done without the crackers but I wanted them and now I’m overly full 🙄.

Yes I’m always glad when the holidays are over.
We didn’t do anything for New Years eve so we decided today for dinner to make some filets.
My absolute favorite and they don’t take long to make.

my household loves bacon. and chocolate. so...i made candied bacon brownies! baked them in a muffin pan cuz everyone always fights over the outer/corner pieces...this way, every brownie has the crunchy edge.
(we also love cheese, but maybe i'll save that combination for another time lol).
    clockwise from top left:
    - Crispy bacon stuffed w/ candied bacon topping: 183 cals each
    - Chocolate almond stuffed w/ candied bacon topping: 173 cals each
    - Plain: 133 cals each
    - Chocolate almond stuffed: 153 cals each
Haven't had one yet (i just ate dinner) and its going to be too late to eat one later so i staked my claim on one of the bacon bacon ones and will enjoy it tomorrow...yum, can't wait!

I felt like dimsum today. 3 pork siu mai, 1 mini steamed bbq pork bun. I ate 2 of the 3 shumai and half the mini pork bun. I ate 94g (3.3 oz). Calories: 215.

And here it is. I got a little distracted (scrolling the sales 😆) & I cooked the steak more medium than the med rare I prefer. I didn’t eat all of it. May end up with enough for 4 meals. The broccolini heads are separate because they’ve started to cause me a little trouble so I now eat them separately so I can be more careful.

You either love this or hate this. There seems to be no in-between. "Pommes Mayo-Curry" (French fries out of the oven with vegan mayo and curry powder):

270 calories for the plate, ate a little bit more than half (gonna log it at 60%, so like 162 cals for MFP for tracking purposes)

It’s for tonight. I had leftover veal last night. Another freezer leftover meal. 😁 I’ll get three meals from the two pieces.
