I weigh about 220lbs, my BMI is about 32. I've struggled with my weight all my life. I'm a 45 year old man. I did weigh over 300 lbs once and had dieted back to around 185. I'm currently at 220 lbs and am thinking of VSG to get to my goal (that I never reached while dieting) of 165 lbs. - What does the community think? Is this realistic with VSG? - I'm scared that VSG might make me lose to much weight because my BMI is only around 32. But I'm quite unhappy at my current weight.
