I stall all the time!!! But I just keep drinking Water and getting my Protein in and then out of nowhere I drop lbs again. Just keep doing the program and it will eventually come off. If there is anything I have learned is that the human body is very unpredictable!!!

I had pain in the same area after my bypass surgery. I knew it was from the surgery because I had the same pain when I had my appendix out. I laid on my back for almost 2 weeks to sleep and it finally went away.

I have IBS-D and I went with gastric bypass. It is true they cant predict if it will get rid or lessen the effects of IBS but with my gallbladder removal at the same time I am now only going to the bathroom once a day instead of 3-4x’s a day and my stomach feels much better. You will still need to stay away from the foods that trigger the IBS but I feel much better since surgery.

I hope I have those kind of results. It's so hard when I'm reading other people's stories or watching them on YouTube because they never specify what version of IBS they have. So thank you for sharing!

I had gastric bypass and was back after 2 weeks. I am a dental hygienist and have a physical job so I was a little tired the first week back. Now I feel back to normal. My Dr cleared me to go back after the 1st week but I took 2.

You can get teal nauseous if you are dehydrated. You might just need an iv bag of fluids and then the nausea might go away. I would seriously consider the ER if your Dr office wont get you in.

I did not have any other obesity issues except being overweight and I am 42. I have a bad family history of diabetes and that alone made me make the decision to do gastric bypass. I also had to pay for my surgery as it was not covered. I have tried every diet under the sun and workout regularly and still couldnt get the weight off. Just be honest with yourself and realistic as to if you really think you can make the life change necessary to keep the weight off. I could keep it off for yrs and then when anything drastic happened in my life that got me off track I would gain it back and have a hard time getting it off again. Its not always as simple as eating bad things for me it was not measuring my foods or being to busy to plan ahead that had me gaining. I am just 2 wks post op now and so happy I did the surgery. I went into it on the healthy side and had no complications and an easier recovery because of it. I am down 19.6lbs since surgery. With all this being said the healthier you go into surgery it should he an easier recover.

Dec 20th here. I will start my liquid diet on Dec 6th. It will be rough considering I work in a restaurant. I’m surrounded by food all day.

Im a dental hygienist and 2 main things will cause dental problems 1is not getting the proper Vitamins and acids from the stomach can be very damaging to the teeth. I always tell my pregnant pts to rinse with Water after they vomit and try to control acid reflux. Dont brush directly after getting sick it will brush the acids into the teeth wait about 30 minutes.

I used to have a really involved hair care routine for my naturally curly hair that I’ve spent the last 2 years growing out to the longest it’s ever been. I don’t bother right now. I’m waiting to see how much of it I have left after the potential Hair loss phase. 😅

Lol OMG, I was hooked on My 600 lb Life also. It's too soon after my surgery to say if I'll give it up for good but not sure it will be the same now.
