Outdoor music festival! Felt so cute! I can’t believe I’m in a 12 from a size 24 just 9 months ago!

308 was heaviest. RNY was 11/19/18. As of today I’m down 115 pounds and still losing! I feel amazing!

Hey Matt, sorry if you mentioned this anywhere else but how long did it take you after bypass to be able to get that much water? I want to drink more but I’m almost 4 weeks post op and it’s still a chore to get the recommended amount.

Thanks so much! I didn’t realize Greek yogurt had more protein than the regular light yogurts. I will have to make a shopping trip today. Yesterday I consumed 195 calories total. I’m so worried I’m going to end up back in the hospital. I never thought eating would be such a chore for me.

Im 3 weeks post op and I swear my smelling has turned into a superpower. I’m the only one recognizing these strong scents in my house and things I liked before make me sick now. The smell of the soaps in my bathroom absolutely nauseate me! Has anyone else experienced this? Will it go away??

I’m also having the same pain and I’m in my 3rd week. People say gas but I’m having a hard time believing there is still gasses from surgery 3 weeks out. Maybe the muscle is healing there?

I’m in week 3 and not allowed oatmeal or any kind of cereal yet. I’m barely able to eat anyway but am also tired of eggs and cottage cheese. I tried ham roll ups and they were too heavy. Tuna is also kind of too much right now..any other ideas anyone?

The only time I have difficulty is when I’m drinking. If I try more than a sip at a time it hurts. I just wanna chug water!

My surgery was 11/19 and I’m on soft/puree also. I’m having a really difficult time. I can’t eat anything I feel so full and sick immediately. Omg is this my new life??
