    I have a trip planned to Ireland at the beginning of February. I've been consistently losing a pound per day since surgery. Hoping to keep this momentum going to be in the "overweight BMI" category before the trip. Thats 47lbs in 3 months. Do you think it's possible? Flights have been so uncomfortable for so long. Working hard to lose as much as I can before the trip!!!

      That's aggressive, but not impossible. Even if you only lose 30, it will still be a more comfortable flight and a more enjoyable trip. Have fun, I love Ireland!

      Absolutely, I'm going to be happy as long as I keep losing. These hips need to keep shrinking! LOL I hate spilling over into another seat...uncomfortable & embarrassing. This'll be our first time in Ireland, I'm really excited!
