  1. Hello All, :thumbup::cursing::)

    Kinda have-n a hard time, just looking at everyones lose and i feel down !!! It has been 7 mnth's and i am down 50 lbs but lots of inches. Can any one help me with some tips. I work out 4-5 days a week cardio and strength training, I just don't know what's going on. I even count my cal each and every day, SO far i have had 4 fills and :lol: i am what you would call at my sweet spot. Why am i not droping the pounds like everyone else??

    I'm so happy u decided to be my buddy:rolleyes2: The one thing that i can tell u is syke ur mind out to only think of eating healthy and working out. I work out 5-6 days a week for 45 min at night and 30 min at work. I't has done me alot of good. I have lost 1-1/2 on my waist and 1 inch on my lower wst, I have also lost 2 more pounds this week. U can do it girl, just stay focused. Make sure that u r thinking happy thoughts to ensure a positive body impact.. talk 2 u ltr Miss flower :scared2:

    I need some one to help me with my ups and downs. This lap band exp is some time hard to deal with, but since i have been visiting this site i have been staying encouraged and on the right track. I also try to encourage other do to the fact that I know what it feels like to be down. I have been banded 4 almost 7 mnth and have lost 40 lbs, my mini goal is to lose 100 lbs and be healthy.

    Don't B :thumbup: B :biggrin2:, Your dream is coming true. You have to remind yourself this is 4 u not them. Also it's so sad to say this but some people just may not want u to change. But the truth is---> this is 4 u not them<---. Once u drop the pounds ur not going to care what any ONE thinks or says.

    My 4th was great, it was my son's b-day so you know what that's all about cake and ice cream :thumbup:, but 4 some reason i could not eat at all that day. The band does me like that some times. :biggrin: I just drunk my slimfst and had a pool party. Which means lots of calories burned. :rolleyes::thumbup::thumbup:So how is everyone ???     Yes it is hard when u r first banded and yes it is frustrating :rolleyes:. I had the same problem when i was first banded I thought that the wght would just melt away. I am just now starting to lose 1 to 2 lbs a week and I have been banded for 6 mnths now :thumbup:. This band is something that takes hard work, you have to make it work for you. Just stay encourage and dont 4 get about the gold at the end of the rainbow. You can do it :biggrin: :frown: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

    Thank you so much for that, the crazy thing is that my doctor said that it is best not to work out and if you do work out do it for only 15 min a day??? I was so confused because most people i talk to who had the surgery works out.

    I enjoyed reading your article it has encourage me to keep trying. :rolleyes2::thumbup::)
