Hello Thank you so much for that, the crazy thing is that my doctor said that it is best not to work out and if you do work out do it for only 15 min a day??? I was so confused because most people i talk to who had the surgery works out. I enjoyed reading your article it has encourage me to keep trying. :rolleyes2::thumbup:

I am trying to stay on track with this lap band, It is so hard. Does any one have any tips on how to keep the wght coming off .

Hello, I ask my doc the same question, they called me one day before my surgery and told me to stop eating any foods and get on clear liq asap.
