Surgery was 10/24. I feel uncomfortable 98% of the time I eat. Don’t know if it’s because it’s too much, too fast or not chewing enough. I burp a ton and feel major discomfort. I have only lost 14 lbs since surgery. Had a cheat day thanksgiving and a day after. Back at it now and was eating perfectly all other days. Feeling worried I’m doing this wrong.

5 weeks post op. Started on beans after a week. Decided to give myself a cheat day on thanksgiving. Which turned into a 3 day cheat. New start tomorrow. I was pretty perfect prior to that post op and have lost 14 lbs. had hoped it would come off faster. Sigh. -

Hi All! Sleeved 10/24 here. HW 309, SW 287, CW 277. Having a hard time with constipation. Hoping that’s why the scale hasn’t moved much. It’s discouraging but I keep telling myself it will come!
