Hi everyone. My surgery is on 11/23 with Dr. Fok in TJ Mexico. I start my pre-op diet on November 14th. My pre-op diet consist of protein shakes and salads with a protein. I'm getting anxious as surgery gets closer. I just want to make sure I have everything I need when I return home. -

My BMI is 35 and I’m planning on sleeve surgery in November.

Anybody out there? I haven't scheduled yet, but it will certainly be in November. I'm still doing a little research, a bit nervous about traveling to Mexico by myself. Can't wait to hear from others. Thanks and I will keep you posted.
