  1. Congrats on your pregnancy. I am less than 2 yrs out and 27wks pregnant. And if morning sickness didnt take over your life like it did mine for the first 18 weeks this should be a breeze. I too searched this site for help and found very little. My surgeon said to increase calorie intake by 300 no more than 400 daily. He said dont worry about the weight you gain during pregnancy as long as your still conscious of your diet. To continue the bariatric multivitamins, calcium, and b12 I was taking as well as an iron tab daily. I found pregnancy after VSG to be much more difficult for some than others. If your OB is knowledgeable about VSG it would be helpful for you. Continue to see your nutrionist. Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app
  2. Does it make you drowsy?
  3. I am in the same boat. 7 wls and nothing helps but sleeping all day. I'm even nauseated while sleep. I tried toasted bread and plain mashed potatoes but unfortunately while laying down on my side was the only way I can tolerate it. Dizziness is also and issue maybe from dehydration. Try Gatorade or Powerade ZERO, I'm still trying to find something that works also. Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app
