Are you taking Iron supplements? I find that clogs me up quicker than anything. I had rny and do not take the iron. We monitor my levels and so far so good ands no more of this problem lol

What chart are you going by? I have my 6 month follow up next month. Finally made it to onederland this week but barely lol. Dr goal is 180 for me. Trying to see if I can get there by then. I wasn't very good in Dec. Only lost 5lbs but that was due to my poor choices. We'll get there!

I started eating anything and everything at 4 weeks, after clearance from my doctor. I've no issues with anything. Just take small bites and chew well.

I had thin hair to start. Hair loss started in earnest last month. Now starting to slow up but can see day light now. Bought toppix hair fibers after trying extensions and about 5 diff wigs.

I dropped 2lbs! The scale is moving again! I’m 17lbs away from my next goal.

Guys... Gals... after the LONGEST mother cracking stall ever... I hit my goal of 175. Exceeded it actually :) I weighed in this morning at 172.2!!!!

Hellllll yeah! 2019 is going to be a good year I just know it! I’ll do a more in depth post later with my intake and what not but this is good for now 😊

Arm drains came out today. YES!!!!! Compression garment feels good. Tomorrow hopefully the leg drains come out.

Mine required it 6 weeks before surgery. Also had to start Vitamin D as I was pretty low

Lol Thank you for sharing. I never had a chest unless pregnant or now heavy. Congrats on rocking it tho. I know it doesn't matter what others think. I'm doing this for me and my health. Just would be nice to have a supportive partner

When you start in the mid 300s, even though you are in the mid-200s now, you still are larger than the "average" person your age. Most 73 years are thin or dead, I'm just an exception, aren't I? I've given up. Now I get the occasional woman who will like my profile. I then message her and she ignores me. I don't have the social skills necessary to meet people in real life. I've tried Match, eHarmony and OKCupid. Combined I've sent hundreds of messages. Sticking with eHarmony since they have canned questions to send. Don't feel like putting the effort in. On OKCupid, I was messaged by a professional dominatrix. I was tempted.

Same here. I didn't get heavy until pcos kicked in. That was my 20's. Fast forward 20 yrs and a divorce I just didn't bother dating as I disgrace feel comfortable in my own skin. I'm now down to my lowest weight since 1998. I'm at 198-199 naked lol. Some might consider still big but I'm rocking it. Only thing I miss is my boobs. My ass was pretty sad when I was big now it's nonexistent
