    Morning banders! Had a pretty good day yesterday except for one handful of evil....struggling with head hunger lately! My plan today B-protein drink greek yogurt L- turkey cheese sandwich on thin bun S-sugar snaps& cheese D- baked pork chops, cauliflower casserole, green Beans Strawberries & peaches for my sweet tooth End of year is exhausting so I haven't been walking but I'm shooting for a walk this evening no matter how long or short @@s_suther great job op! What is your hamburger casserole? Missing the rest of you! Hope all is well!

    Hello my band peeps! I'm still here. Just been off the grid and off plan for the last week. Not tooooo horribly bad but just making some unhealthy food choices. So all I can do it start making good choices tomorrow! So glad you guys are doing well. @@JustWatchMe hang in there and I bet that scale will start moving! @@bacon you shocked the socks off me today! I had to go back and reread because I never thought you were inappropriate! Glad to see it wasn't here..we'd miss you! @@punkinvine praying for your hubby's report! @@s_suther glad to always see you on plan! Such inspiration! Asking for prayers for my dad...we've just found out he's got nonhodgkins lymphoma. Early stage but it's aggressive...waiting on a plan from his doctor

    Hello all! @s_suther. Wow! Sounds like you are rocking that band! @@JustWatchMe I'm jealous of the personal trainer. I think I need Jillian michaels to yell at me! @punkinvine...still jealous of your garden! Today is weigh day for me. 199.5 down about 1.5 pounds from last week. I haven't been logging on mfp and I've eaten more than my usual.... Idk what gives but I'll take it! I hope you all have a restful and wonderful weekend! I only have 3 more Monday's of school! ????????

    Hello all! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! I spent it working in the yard and chasing my grandson! Loved it! My eating wasn't perfect but it wasn't horrible! @@JustWatchMe I bet you're excited to have the kids home! I hope things are calming for you and your divorce! @s_suther. Not logging might not be a bad idea. You can still plan but don't obsess about all the numbers...I hope you find the balance your are looking for. I just keep yoyoing with the same couple of pounds....I wish I could remember exactly how I did things in the beginning. I probably could use a small bit in my band but I'm trying to manage without it. Today.... Protein shake S- -cheddar stick L- 1 slice of pizza (yes I lectured myself D-rib, pinto beans, ccucumber salad Have a blessed day!

    It is fRIDAY! Ready for this weekend! So glad to hear from @@punkinvine & @@bacon! We've missed you! Have a busy weekend with yard work and the gbaby! Looking forward to it! I love spring and planting flowers although I know my west Texas flowers are nothing compared to some of yours! Today's plan B-protein shake L-Salisbury steak smart one. Chunking the Mac & cheese out of it (hopefully) D- hubs is in charge tonight so my guess is something on the grill Friday weigh in: 201. Down from 202.5 last Friday ( I hope it's ok for me to post this. I think it might help me a bit) Hugs to all!

    Happy hump day! @@JustWatchMe I'm so glad things went good yesterday! How's everyone else doing? No exercise for me yesterday.. I stayed at school til 7 last night watching 2 of our baby chicks hatch! Amazing! Today's plan... B-eas Protein shake L- leftover cup of chili D- salmon, broccoli & cauliflower I will walk today!!!     Things are good here! Not much exercise but I've made good food choices... Today B- eas Protein shake L- smart one chicken enchiladas (left the rice) S- handful of pork rinds D- 1 cup of chili I hope everyone is making it work today!

    Happy Monday peeps! Had a good weekend of choices. Sans wine....but I logged it and still came out ok Made a yummy casserole last night... Diced ham, broccoli, cauliflower and chopped onion. Mix all with cream of mushroom. Bake @ 350 for about 40 min ( until veggies are tender) and then I topped with some frenchs onions ( optional) and let those brown. It was yummy! Today... B- EAS carb control shake s-greek yogurt L- leftover chili D- ?? Maybe leftover ham casserole Have a great one! I only have 4 more Monday's of school!

    Frozen meals...?

    I eat them sometimes...great when you need to get out the door. Smart ones has some with higher protein. I try to eat mostly the protein and veggie of it. Maybe a bite or two of the starch. I also make up batches of chili and chicken salad and separate into my small bowls and then I can grab them just as easy!

    Bandista I feel the same way about the elliptical! I can walk forever on the treadmill or outside but wowzers! The ellip kills me quickly!

    I know there isn't much traffic on here on the weekend but I'm posting anyway. It helps me stay focused Began my day with a morning walk (pants on correctly????) B-tried some cottage cheese pancakes. So so. I might have to play with them a bit L- turkey sandwich on thin bun D- Mexican stack up. The kids are comin over! Woo hoo! Prob have a couple glasses of wine Enjoy your weekend!!

    I had a good day yesterday...stayed on plan with my food. But no exercise...I think I need a buddy to do it with me. Maybe that would get me going. @@punkinvine I want to move to your land just to watch the birds! @@s_suther still praying for your house @@JustWatchMe praying for your legal woes.     So glad to see people on here again! @@s_suther I'm trying to get into the swing of things. Testing is happening this week but not in my prek world! That is one reason I left 4th grade!! It's ruining our system! Confession....no exercise yet this week. But I plan on going to at least do the treadmill today! My plan.,, B- cheese stick S- protein drink L- 1/4 c chicken salad & 1/4 c broccoli salad D- grilled chicken breast 1/2 roasted cabbage Waterwaterwater At least a 30 min treadmill walk

    Night eating

    I agree snacking isn't necessarily bad. Just plan ahead... I allot myself wine on the weekends and try to limit it to a couple of glasses.
