  1. hey everyone im here. im doing ok glad to see everyone is doing great. i still have my band however i dont have any thing in it. but, im doing ok. i see a few of ya have gotten the sleeve how is that goin for you. and how does it differ from the band.

    Hey Shar, how are you. That's great that you're going to meet up with LLL. I do wonder what happened with China.. Maybe she got the sleeve already..who knows??

  2. rsilversea its nothing wrong with taking a break as buying a home is a great reason to. congradulations. and i think your doing fine also. and i think exercise is great how ever im walking and doing swimming for now. walking 3-4x's a wk and swimming 2x's gotta start slow or i will get stressed and fall all off. but i forgot to post here what i eat yesterday so here it is.

    b-sm coff,3tsp slenda, 2creams

    l- half a turkey spinach wrap, ice tea

    s-other half of a turkey spinach wrap

    d-pint of roasted pork w/mushrooms in oyster sauce.

    1084 caloriesal and try to get my exercise in (exercising has been keeping me sane).

    Rsilversea from the looks of your weight tracker your doing awsome girl! I don't see anything wrong with taking a break from the expence plus we got your back girl. We will be your leader. LOL! Yes exercising keeps me sane to. It dose relive so much stress. I think u will be fine as long as you journal. I'm very proud of myself today. I lost two pounds this morning which is greated considering how bloated i am. I used the treadmill four an hour agian today. I had a cheese stick for Breakfast. I had 6 slices of bacon with to tablespoon mayo and two slices of Tomato for lunch. I am having cabbage with onions, garlic,pepers and carrots cooked in the crock pot for supper. i think I will have one cup of that. H ave a good day guys.
    China Good going Girl! You walked at the park so u should have burned a good amount of calories. Your meals was pretty good. I walked for an hour on the treadmill today. I had cheese stick for Breakfast. I had 3 slices cut up bacon and tomato with tablespoon of mayo. I probably will just have a cheese stick for supper. It is that time of the month and Have done good to keep anything down. But if I'm able to eat something I will. Thats all to report today have a good one.


  3. hey everyone hows it going im doing good. well today was an alright day could have been better but, its ok. well i walked the park today and i must say it wore we out. and i eat the following items today.

    b-med. wild berry smoothie w/scoop of whey protein

    l-personal pan cheese, onions pizza (eat the top)

    d-4oz chicken breast marinated, .25oz snap peas.

    s-sm. coff,2creams,4splendas

    s2-1.5cup pinacolada juice

    not to bad but, could of did without the pizza.

    so it came to 1323 calories eaten


  4. hey hun glad to hear the scale is moving that's some thing to shout about. lol so tell me what if any thing are you doing different other than the diet. me i think im gonna try and move more. think im gonna start walking the park and swimming. gonna hit that gym hard and drink more Water as i fell off with that water dats for sure. and i wasnt excerise n like is should so i gotta do it for sure im trying to drop a cloths size by sept. 4th so im gone let ya know how its going gonna come back next monday and see what i have lost if any. think im also gonna start drinking more shakes in the morning as that is when im most tight. and i think it's important for me to post or keep track of what is all going into my mouth so i will start back doing that gotta be more accoutable for whats going in dats for sure. and dont worry about the numbers as everyone loose different. i think you have did a good job.

    Sounds good china might do that next if I have another stall. I woke up this morning and had went from 231 - 229. I am happy about that. If I can just keep it up cause I have been bouncing back and fourth from 220's to 2230s. I just wanna see the 10s I feel a break through coming on so I'm shooting for the stars girl. This band seems to be like doing it on my own sometime. I know it took time to put it on so it will take even longer to get it back off. I just get down when i see all these people losing almost 100 in the time I've lost 48 pounds. That is very disguraging to me. Trying to keep my head held hi though. glad u are here to cheer me on!

    How is everyone doing? Its been a long time since I have been on. Been very busy taking care of my mother in law and we are in the process of moving. I finally made it to my goal weight 170 and am doing great with my weight. Now I need to start working out to get in shape. Please let me know how you ladies are doing.

  6. ok it like the zone. like a chemical diet. it goes according to how much you weigh and how much you

    excerise. they have a 21 day flush part and a regular part its for everyone even kids. i will give you an ideal for breakfast,lunch,din,snack

    b-cheese omelette

    1whole egg,1egg white,1oz lowf cheese, .50fresh grapefruit

    lunch- deli meal2

    6oz deli chicken salad, 1lg apple or pear

    snack-4oz white or red wine,2oz cheese 50%rd fat

    dinner- chicken ceasar salad

    6oz lettuce,5.5oz cooked chic. breast sliced,2.5tbsp dressing,1tbsp parm cheese,1 apple,2/3c grapes and they tell you how to make the dressing also.

    and for all of this is only 1257calories. without any excerise. my mom did it and lost 213lbs in 13months. so im starting on the 1st so i will let everyone know how it goes the first wk for me. and im so glad that the scale is moving for you now. it also has dessert that you can make.

    Whats 40 -30-30? I keep count of my calories and carbs. I have not went over 20 carbs during the phase 1 two weeks. Not over 1100 calories. I did get up and lose two pounds. I'm happy go lucky today. what are some low carb stuff you find healthy and like to eat china?


  7. skinnygirl hey hun, to answer your question i really dont care what diet anyone uses as long as it works for them and we still give each other support. i think i want to try the formula 40-30-30 so i guess we all are doing different things. the one thing that im still gonna do is count the calories and watch what i eat just not as much. its also a low carb diet. and to rsliversea that Protein is so important. so you gotta get it in. how are you doing with it now. and for skinny girl dont beat ya self up so much its a learning process you will do better next time. lol we all are learning hell this band is a job thats for sure. nothing easy about it at all but, we can do it and will one lb at a time. love ya

    Most on this thread know who i am since i've been on here for sometime. Today I decided to start something new and see iff it helps. ww is the only diet that ive tried that works for me. I have noticed alot of people are trying the low carb and doing great with that. I have decided to try it for two weeks and see how it goes. I love my group on here so if you guys don't mind I still want to post and here from you china and riversea and whoever else has joined since my last log in. I'm going to use the adkins book and give it a try. You have to eat no more than 20 grams net carbs for the fist two weeks. You can lose up to 15 pounds during those weeks its says so we will see. I started today and honestly wasn't hungry I guess cause all the protein. I do have a headache though. Have any of you tried this diet before? welp if it has not helped during the two weeks i'm gonna do ww agian. Thanks guys hope your doing good.
    I haven't tried it but my doctor "yelled" at me for not eating enough protein last visit. I decided to cut down on how many carbs I eat and focus more on the protein. I'm still doing WW but I try to stay around 1200 calories as opposed to using all my points. Funny thing is, if I focus on the protein, I find I use a lot more filling foods and I'm not as hungry during the day.
    You are so right about the protein. I stayed at 1100 calories yesterday and had protein with no more than 20 carbs. I did not even think of being hungrey. I got some peperonni sticks at Walmart they are like cheese sticks but peperoni them things was so good. I had one for snack and it filled me up till supper. I had two very small pork chops one would probably count it as one it was so small. I had some pork rindes for snack. My husband made me an omlete with chhese sausage peppers onions for lunch. I guess its cause i was eating more protein less carbs. I didn't add vegtables yesterday because i didn't have the book yet and was unsure of what I could have but will add it in today or tomorrow. We will see when i weigh in tuesday though. So are u loving your band? I am very dissapointed in myself for not losing more than i have but it will eventully come off. Have good day.


  8. welcome spoiltmom glad to have ya i thing you will like the group. well to answer your question i do points im allowed 42pts however i dont eat that many. feel free to go back and read older posts and alot of your questions will be answered. and congradulations on your up coming date im so proud of you. im glad i got my band although i havent lost as much as i would have liked to im however have came a long way and with this band i will make it to that finish line. the best advice i can give is take it one day at a time. and know that we have all been there and we are here to support one another. and remember there will be good days and there will be bad ones just hang in there it does get better. lol.

    Hi Everyone I'm new here and I'm getting banded August 6th!! In the past I did Weight Watchers and I loved it except that I was hungry all the time. I thought about trying it again with my band though.

    Are you ladies counting points or doing Simply Filling? What is a typical day of eating like for you? I logged my food every day and I have 9 months worth of my daily menus written down but I'm thinking most of that stuff may not be LAP-BAND® friendly.

    How are you all doing this??

  9. hi everyone how is everyone doing. well i haven't kicked the ice cream yet but, i have slowed down eating it. i have started back doing the gym and it feel good i must say. i havent gained or lost this wk and im ok with that. how is your pink eye doing hun. skinny girl you got another fill?. i havent gotten one but, was thinking i might get a sm one but, then decided not to. i sure missed everyone too. glad to sure be back.

    I actually lost 2 pounds this week. I've been sick and haven't felt like cooking. The only thing that tasted good is ice cream. I have a horrid sore throat. In an effort to not sabotage my efforts though, I ate WW ice cream (but I still manage to eat the entire box--won't be doing that again soon). Hopefully this sickness goes away soon. I hate looking like I'm testing my Halloween costume (I have pink eye in both eyes).
    Seen you guys made it back to the site. It was getting kinda lonely on here.LOL! RSilversea hope you get better soon. Pink eye is no fun hope your child don't get it.Great weightloss.

    China Florida sounds so good right now which part did you go to? We are going in Oct thats if the oil stays away from panama city. I have gained too don't feel bad. I just went and got a fill I'm almost where i was before they empteyd my band. I do feel some restriction so i hope it helps. I am just getting so sad. Hope this fill does the trick so far it is can't eat that much so for a week or two will probably just do calories since i"m eating alot of Soups. Have good day glad everyones back.


  10. hi everyone how is it going? im doing ok just coming back from hot florida and wasnt able to write as my cuz doesnt think a computer is apart of life and doesnt own 1. i was going crazy there but, thats a whole nother story but, in any case im home now and am sad to say i have gained 2.2lbs all i eat was ice cream and but, its ok i had fun eating it hell it was burning up down there. and watermelon. but, that is old news not time to get my tail in gear and drop those fl. lbs. so where is everyone hope ya come back as i sure missed you guys.


  11. hi evryone hows it going well im doing good. glad to hear ya went back to ww. i have been walking and that seems to be doing ok. how is everyone hang in there. well hope is everyone is good lets keep up the good work. got back from my meeting. They were trying to get me to pay for the week I missed. I don't think they liked it when I said I couldn't make it because of doctor's orders but they didn't make me pay. The meeting was huge this time. All the retirees are back from Florida or coming down from Philadelphia for the summer. Couldn't wait to get out of there. No one would shut up and it was hard to hear the leader (even though I was in the front row).


  12. mornin everyone well its a nice day out so i think i will go walk at the park. and yes a trainer is good i better see lbs come off or im gonna be hot. and i think your doing great. the important thing is to just keep moving. and to rsiversea i think that is a great ideal as its really not there business. and i so understand about the chocolate milk i love hersey chocolate milk im still trying to kick it however i have gotten better with it:biggrin:. and skinnygirl all i can say is you go girl. a new do for a new you now thats a plan. maybe i should change my do to. well talk to everyone later

    Still here. I'm going to my first post-op WW meeting Friday. Gonna tell them I had my gall bladder out last week (to excuse my absence). I HAVE had my gall bladder out but that was almost two years ago. Been wanting an egg salad sandwich but I'm almost there. pureed for the next few days then I can move on to minced and soft. Started drinking my son's chocolate milk and I'm going to have to wean me off it again (drat, I love that stuff).
    A trainer sounds great! That is just what I need but in the summer the kids are out of school and I like to work with her at bout 10:00 so my husband said I could join with her in August. I can't wait she really takes the pounds off me. Off for the summer sounds good. chicken gets stuck sometimes I hate that. I started back at the gym and walking. Not eating good plus no exersice is why i feel like i do. Yesterday i took my 10 year old with me and it was so funny to watch her work out with the weights i got a kick out of it. welp have great one guys.

    Rsilvera, gall bladder surg that is funny. So today i got my hair cut very short diyed and my eyebrows waxed. Let me tell yah i do belive i'm starting to look like one hot momma! he he!


  13. hey everybody hows it going. im doing ok well 1 more day till im off for the summer i cant wait.:biggrin: now to rsilversea congradulations on the band your doing great. and yes dont weight it takes time for all that stuff to get out of your body. and fitday is good i use dailyplate.com.

    skinnygirl dont worry hun if it makes you feel any better im not drinking Water or posting and eating what ever i have time for so you know that cant be good. but, im not gonna stress out about it im just gonna plan to get back on track and do better. remember it took time to get it and it will take time to get it off. i did go to the y and sign up for a trainer 2day. i havent got on the scale this wk as i didnt want to know and that be a reason to eat feel me. i have noticed that my band has opened up some but, when i eat i have to pb so im gonna go have it checked out cuz i had a chicken wing and it must have got caught and i thought i uped a lung and ever since i can eat alil but, it comes up. so we will see bout that to. well everyone im so proud of u all keep the post comin as its so helpin. talk to ya later.

    My head is still trying to deal with the liquids stage. I was so excited to go back to full liquids this morning that I gulped my first taste of Carnation Instant Breakfast. Had to remind myself to slow down. I went back to logging my points today (and also use FitDay). I'm not weighing myself for another 3 weeks just to let myself heal. I figure I'll lose weight due to the liquids stage but will start to gain some with mushies. I think I'm still swollen with IV liquids. My mom's wedding rings, which had been a little loose prior to surgery, are a smidge tight. I just keep a picture of a dress I want to wear to a wedding up on my computer screen to remind me where I want to be.
    Rsilversea, sounds like your doing good. I wouldn't weigh either cause yep you are gonna hold Fluid for awhile. I had lost 21 pounds by my two weeks mark sure wish it was still coming off that fast. Yes i think i gained five back during mushy and solid stage but it came right back off quick. I put a skinny picture of me on my fridge he he!

    These past couple of weeks have not went so good for me.I only let the dr give me 1cc when I should have gotten more so of course I'm loose already. The past week I have had so much to eat and the scales show it. I keep thinking I will snap out of it but its not that simple. have good day guys


  14. oh i so agree it is much harder to lose in the summer. but, i wanna swim more and as for that im gonna try and stay on track so i can get down to. and i luv to swim so we will see how that will work. well i didnt gain i stayed the same. however i had the most embar. thing happen yesterday i was going to go get on my bus and my pants fell down i just got those pants in april and they where buttoned i had to hurry up and grab them i feel happy about it but, not so happy that a co-worker saw it to.:thumbup:

    Been outside on the waterslide with the kids all day and swimming and a bahama moma sounds real good. Off till sept cooooooool! your never gonna belive this but i got on the scale this morning and i wasd back at my weight no three pound gain. I guess it was Water weight from tom visiting but was begining to wonder. Thank goodness! No more fun for me for awhile I have to be good I'm so close to wearing my smaller clothes from last year. 27 more pounds and i will be at the weight I was before I broke my foot. It really does not feel like i'm getting anywhere since i was smaller a year ago. So i'm wishhing those pounds would be poof gone so I could start my real journy. Ithanks for the lecture chiana I needed a kick start. I think it is harder to lose weight in the summer for me all the cookouts and partys. The winter you can live on Soup. Have good day all.


  15. 1st good luck with surgery rsilversea. and i see we got a few new ppl to the group just want to welcome you all. and now to skinnygirl ok you messed up and you recognize you have so now get up and brush yourself off and get back on track dont even sweat it. im doing ok but, could be doing better. i lost this wk but, have been drinking way to many bahama moma's so i dont know if i have gained or not will check 2morow. well next wk is my last wk at work till sept. and i cant wait i then will have more time to post. well i hope everyone is doing ok im prayin for everyone. well see everyone at the finish line.:)

    I have fallen off the wagon...I went to my motherinlaws thursday night had four white casles and some cheese fries then that night had a baby burger and five onion rings. Next day we went out to eat had some hashbrowns bacon sandwich went to holiday world had hamburger fries two bites of pizza. that night had cheese dip sandwich chips. the next day can't remember but i'm sure i did horrible. and up until this morning have done horrible. Had not been to the gym but started back today. I have gained three pounds so someone please yell at me. I can't remember the last time i had so much food and cant get a fill till 17 of july. Today i need to start all over. why is it we do so good then fall back into old habits. My problem is when i go somewhere i dont get to work out plus i tend to eat out. sometimes i get so tired of trying to lose weight all the time. How have all you guys been doing?

  16. great job there rsilversea 4lbs wow thats great. the important thing is that you tried it and finished it the 5k walk. and you should be impressed thats 4lbs i bet you felt shocked when you got on that scale and it said that. keep up the good work.

    skinnygirl pushing that 100lbs around is gonna help you out alot always remember inches turn into lbs.

    Did the 5K walk this morning and have the blisters to prove it. I prefer riding my bike but the walk was interesting. Managed to lose almost 4 pounds this week according to WW. Call me impressed (and incredulous).
    Didn't make it to the gym yesterday but went tonight and it kicked my butt! I really enjoyed going at that time rather than at 430 in the morning. Plus after being home with the kids all day it was pretty relaxing going to the gym for some me time. The summer is already flying by so quick me and the kids are having a great time. I think I'm going to sign them up for a summer reading program. wish me luck getting them to stop talking long enough to listen at the library. I feel so much better since I started working out agian. Sure hope it reflects on the scale next week. Have good night everyone I'm headed to the bed.
    Hi everyone, my name is Sandy. I was just banded on June 4th, 2010. I have had very good success with WW in the past, but always gained it back for some reason or another. Usually it was due to pregnancy. lol. Can't get pregnant again and now that I have my band I'm hoping I will get a little help to get me along on this journey. I'm still not on solid food yet, but was wondering if I could do WW this soon after being banded or do I really need to wait?


  17. hey all sorry i have been m.i.a my great anut passed she was 98 and we had to go to florida and it slipped my mind to post. but, im back now so i see we have alot of post so i will go back and reread and post also. so lets start here great job sweetie.:frown: im telling you go to the meat market and let them show you how much 60lbs of fat is and to your suprise you will have a very hard time lifting it yet you carried it around on you everyday. hell i was having a problem lifting 25lbs i saw oprah did that on her show and it is very inspiring thats for sure when you see all that fat. if your hungry more try eating more filling food or adding Protein in2 things and that should help some. and ya the brownies was great in my tony the tiger voice:biggrin: im so proud of you sending you a hug keep up the great work.

    Yesterday was very hard for me I was hungey all day it felt like. Since the band is loosening back up I need to eat a little more calories at eaach meal. I'm still eating less than before the fill just hungrey more. The brownie and cookie sound pretty good plus you walked it off.I did love the weather I mowed the yard for the first time for my hubby. I did go down a little on the scale hit the 60 pound mark so I'm proud of myself! we are all doing great.


  18. hey there glad to hear everthing is going good for you. im doing ok however it was a hard day for me i did have a brownie and a cookie then i walked the park two times today. but, other than that im doing ok. and no i dont have any plans for the weekend but, just enjoy the weather.

    I'm back! thought I would go ahead and post since we are going to moms tonight for dinner. having hamburger hot dogs and potatos corn. Well I probably can't eat that much but hey I like it that way. I have cook outs all the way till sunday.Me and the kids are going to stay with my mother in law frome wednsday til saturday. then next friday me and the kids are going to holiday world with my mother in law. I can do this I can do this. have to focus on the game plans so you guys going to have any fun over the weekend? Hope we all do great and stay with the plan. Wish you all luck


  19. welcome missy0224 glad to have ya join the group. :thumbup: you should feel good that you noticed you have to get on track and your doing some thing about it. you lost it before and you will do it again. seeing your dr is a great step in the right direction. dont feel bad we all have gained and lost. the important thing is you get back up and start fresh. the band from what i see is not a mircle worker it only works if you work. so with that said lets work it honey :wink2: you and all of us let cross that finish line together. support is a good thing and it will also help you and ya man. as its cool when you have someone to do it with. im so glad your feeling ww its cool and most of all you dont feel depribed.

    and to skinnygirl girl dont kids say the darnest things. :biggrin: and as i said before just cuz the scale doesnt move doesnt mean your not loseing. cuz nine out of ten your lossing inches and thats a great thing. so if your at a stand still spice it up and wathch the scale start back moving. i think im gonna go back to just weighing once a wk as i have gotten to addicted to the scale. well i did walk again today however i havent walked around 2x

    s like i said each time but, im ok with just walking around one hell that is 3.25miles each time. some is better then none:tongue2:. well everyone have a great day i will post what i had later.

    welcome missy0224, we would love to have you on our thread. Sorry you are having such a hard time with your band. Is it really that easy to gain the weight back after losing it with the help from your band. My dr give me the impression that the band would help me keep the weight off after I was at goal. but I read some of these posts and find its just as easy to gain weight with the band then without. I can lose the weight fine my problem is maintaining it. I do agree a visit to your dr is good idea my insurance paid for my surgery but i have to pay for all my fills which can get expensive. We are here to cheer you on so you go girl get your butt in gear!!

    I got a fill today 1cc so im up to 5cc not sure how I feel yet as far as restriction. I had lost 7 pounds since going to the dr last so he was pleased. He told me i need to wait six weeks the next time before another fill since i lost a good amount of weight. I think I will be fine for longer though because with doing weight watchers I like to still be able to eat bread and things. I have my alotted amount of points most of the time I'm just like the rest though I do sqrew up. I had to take the twins with me to the dr they drove me crazy. i was in the office for an hour. I was so embarresed mason told this lady she was so big and I said well I'm big too he said not as big as her mom. then Laci asked this lady what happened to her legs because she had none. mason asked this man why is eye didn't open. 4 year olds will say anything, on the way home I tried to explain why that was rude of them. Before i got out of there I thought I was going to cry.I think when my husband gets home I'm going to go to the gym since i didn't get to this morning besides I need some me time. Have good day guys

    Ok I'm so getting onto this thread. I've been following the WW points system the last 2 weeks and find it pretty easy to follow. I definately need a boost in weight loss with LAP-BAND®. I haven't been to my LAP-BAND® doctor in 3 years so I have no idea how my band is doing (I'm self pay) I'm finally going this Thursday and I'm so ready to find out what's wrong with my band. I initially lost 80 lbs and now am only 10 lbs less than I was before I got banded. I feel like a total failure and do not want to give up. I refuse to go back to the way I was. I met my fiance almost 2 years ago and the lbs slowly started creeping back and now here I am. He's lost 20 lbs due to finding out he has diabetes and cutting out the sodas. I feel very depressed about it and really need the motivation and help from you guys. :biggrin:


  20. to rsilversea yes it is important to have a good group leader and of course good members. i have a good one to. i tried ww awhile back when they didnt have points and i hated it i was a teenager then and it was no fun now its nice im enjoying it.

    and to skinnygirl now how you go and do that. :biggrin:i do that all the time. well the good thing is you can always come back and post it again now you got me wondering what you are gonna say. so i to will come back and read and post i just came from walking at the park 3.25miles and it was hot as hell out there but, it was nice and i only walked around once. so far here is what i eat.

    b-1c of coffee, sug,cream

    l-1c milk, 4spoonfuls of a sm chili

    This will be my third time on WW. The first time I did great and liked it a lot. The second time was a waste of time. A bunch of women sitting around at lunch time talking about food. I think I gained weight that time. So far I'm liking WW. I have a good group leader and interesting people at the meetings. I'm expecting good things.
    I wrote big long page of s:Banane43:tuff for you guys then decided to put a little guy jumping rope hit wrong button and it erased it all. Its all his fault LOL! so I'm mad and had to vent. Ill come back later. Have good day.


  21. welcome rsilversea glad to have ya aboard.:rolleyes: and congradulations on your upcoming surgery date. 26lbs i think you said great job there. nice to see we are getting new people i luv this group. feel free to post as we are here to help and all are in the same boat. so how are you like n ww so far. i like it alot glad i tried it. and to skinnygirl you could have borrowed my moving things :rolleyes: i totally forgot monday was a holiday but, i didnt do to bad. and i got on my moms scale again today while at her house and im down a lb. but, i did do the Smooth Move tea last night. i didnt eat much today but, i did have wine and a shot or 2. so back on track tuesday. i got those books from ww but, i didnt see it tell you how much a shot is did anyone else see it or kno. your going to florida in the fall thats gonna be so nice. wish i was can you sneak me in ya bag so i can go to.:rolleyes: i so need a vacation right now. but, i can wait as there is work to do. ya the walk group is cool i like it as it is lonely walking alone. and most of the time it goes fast cuz we are talking. gonna try and pust it up a knotch and walk around the park 2x now every time we go. and gotta start drinking more Water thats for sure. so im a women with a plan so we will see how that goes.

    Today I weighed the same so my start weight is 231 for our little 4th july challenge. Today I had a bacon sandwich 8 points, 10 points sub from subway, spaggetti 11 2 small slices of garlic bread 4

    33 points I did go over 5 points. I will hit the gym tomorrow so I think I will be fine. Do you new girls want to join our challenge? We are going to try and lose 10 pounds by 4th. Have good night.


  22. welcome lory glad to have ya.:cool: and 50lbs in 4months that is great you should be very proud. and to answer your question it depends on what i am eating. some days i can eat a cup and others no. this is just my opinion i dont see any thing wrong with eating 3meals and 2 Snacks if you need it as everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for others. but, i did learn this and i stand firm on it. watch your body if it is telling you your hungry after eating those 3 meals add the snacks cuz if your not getting enough to eat then the body is starving. those snacks might be what you need to keep you an track and the scale move n. i learned that the hard way. was eating only a meal a day and my body was starving. and im so happy we all motivate you. i like ww as i dont feel like im giving up every thing. and i do feel satified and i have met some great ppl along the way. so lets get moving see you all at the finish line.:cursing:

    and to skinnygirl this wkend was cool i havent been in the gym but, have been walking alot and seem to be doing well. burning 550 or more calories a day and im fine with that. well my kids baked brownies tonite and i didnt have any. :w00t: and here is a non scale victory for everyone i put on a pair of brown capri's i got like a month ago and i can almost climb in2 them without unbottoning them or unzipping them so i think im losing alot of inches. think im gonna buy a messure n thing at the fabric store and messure myself every month and see what happens. and my walk group is getting bigger i now have 3other women i walk with durning the wk. now if i could only find the time to add swimming in i would be good. im working on trying to put together a food menu and workout menu for the wk and follow that and see if that helps me out more and put it on my fridge along with a pic of what i dont want to look like ever again. my kids have there dads skinny gene they are really hyper. right now im trying to break a very nasty habit and not eat after 10pm and then slowly get it down to 830 maybe. so im telling you all this cuz its a fight everday and im sure gonna win it. im planning a cruise to jamacia in sept 2011 and i would like to be down to a size 20 by then or smaller so that would mean i have to get my ass in gear and do what i need to do. any takers wanna ride with me. :tongue2: and of course i will do the challenge with you i think its important to set small goals as it seems reachable rather then doing big ones and then get overwhelmed. so yes that is my goal for june 10lbs. did anyone ever try the Smooth Move tea:thumbup: i love it. so monday is a new start i will post it all even if its bad i love this group it really helps me to know im not in it alone. love ya china whats everyones first name me china :scared2:
