I had my first dr appointment last week and met with my NUT. I told her about the Multivitamin being horrible, she said to try either Celebrate or Flinstones complete (orange box). I’m having an issue with my BariatricPal advantage Multivitamin chewables... I have to take two and the taste is repulsive to me. I got the mixed berry flavor. I moved taking them from morning to mid day because my stomach was not happy with the grit. The time change is good but my mouth is disgusted. Does anyone love their Multivitamins? What kind are you taking?

I’m 53, had my sleeve done on 10/5. Mine hurts if I swallow to much at one time...tiny sips only and Water level seems to not go down. Keep going, your pouch will get used to it and stop hurting!On 10/13/2018 at 15:20, Tabularasa2018 said: -

Side note: anyone else who was sleeved and has steri strips seriously ITCHY??? I am trying so hard not to scratch but it’s become distracting!! Could it be an allergy or am I just healing?

I’m on day 2 of 10, and Protein Shakes are vile...I never drank milk shakes. I’m only feeling hangry when I get bored. I think your on same day or near like me, I would put what you did behind you and just look forward and keep up with the liquids...I’m sure you will do just fine 🙂

Hi there, I’m in Mobile AL. I was sleeved on 5/10 and I’m slowly getting used to this new way of life. 5 weeks out and I’m 50lbs down. It’s been a wild ride so far!
