While the bread does contain 9 grams of total carbohydrates, the fine print on the package states that 9 grams of total carbs minus 9 grams of dietary fiber equals 0 grams of net carbs. Fiber is a type of carb that the body does not absorb, so when all or most of the carbs in this bread are from fiber, they should simply pass through the body. -

I had my VSG surgery @62 in November 2018. No problems, no pain, recovered fast. Now @64 nobody believes me I'm THAT old because I'm full of energy, eat healthy and go to gym regularly. -
There was an OOTD For Men thread where a handsome man with a great outfit posted his picture and this “new and improved” completely fat shamed him. It was disgusting and I don’t see how he’s still a member here. If I can find the thread... It was posted in The Guy's Room.

I use ProCare Health bariatric multivitamins. It contains everything necessary as per ASMBS except calcium. So i use Celebrate calcium citrate chews or Citracal petites. ProCare is available from Bariatricpal, but i buy from Amazon with free shipping. -

It's not about phones, it's Bariatricpal application vs browser. No need for computer. If you use your phone's browser, then your profile and surgery info can be edited and photos can be uploaded. BP app is for reading and answering comments only.

Very dramatic story, very detailed, NICE TRY to dupe people. So many details piled up together (grenade-looking drain, colostomy bag, stomach stent, many bags taken out of the taxi on return from hospital - like returning from Caribbean vacation etc etc). BTW there is NO Dr.Kantner as bariatric specialist anywhere in Virginia...hehe...and another 20 or so discrepancies i found in this story.
