1. That's great, congrats! I have my 3.5 month check-up on April 2nd and I'm hoping to be in Onederland by then, but then again I only weigh without clothes and shoes and the doctor will weigh me with clothes and shoes. But anyway, I hope to be 35 pounds down from my Dec. sleeve.
Awesome.. good luck at your apartment. I am 3lbs from being away from onederland.. so I know the feelinhlg.

2. Spiralized or shredded carrots, wilted kale (that's for you Walter.Sobchak) additional vegetables, broth and spices of choice. I try to keep the flavor very Eastern if not distinctly Japanese. Top with your fav dense Protein.
It's my version of bariatric (non pork) tonkostu ramen
So easy. Enjoy.
Thank you I will try this..

3. Here’s me. Sorry for the shirtless pics but I think it helps show my luck with scars and loose skin.

Starting Weight: 268lb
Surgery Date: 10/30/17
Surgery Weight: 250lbs
Goal Weight: 180lbs
Current Weight: 144lbs

For the most part, I loosely stick to my food plan. I do venture outside of it often but I workout 6-10 hours a week, so it balances out.

I’m so glad I made this life changing decision! I love my new body and all of my health problems have gone away!

PS thank you Kaiser!image-0.0019073486328125.thumb.jpg.19d0b7cd59febd5c4c7169fc39d114a8.jpg

4. I had the sleeve. I also totally committed to a completely new diet and exercise way of life and haven't looked back. I work out 6 days per week like clockwork, and feel like garbage if I miss one. As for diet, I'm up to about 2500 calories per day due to my high workout rate. I eat whatever as long as I hit 150g of Protein and stay within around 2500 calories on average. I've been maintaining at goal for about 4 months now.
Shot I wish I had you as a gym partner.. or you as my personal trainer.you look so amazing. I am only 4 weeks post op 25lbs down since surgery... I am just really wowed about your success.. keep up the amazing work..
