I come from a big family and have been pregnant 5 times... I started off adviced of this surgery before baby 3, 4 and 5. But I can't have any more and I was at my biggest.  Most unhealthiest.  
Having wls has helped me physically and has given me a second look at life. I plan to continue this path of healthier me for not just myself but for my children.
