I don’t understand why some doctors require it and others don’t . I was going to do surgery through insurance in nj but there was an exclusion , so now doing it self pay In Florida . No doctor didn’t require 2 weeks of liquids before but Florida doctor does -

Start walking every day . Start with 5 minutes and build from there . I treat exercise like brushing ur teeth or taking a shower . It’s just something u do every day -
