Post op pain - be honest

Our experiences are all so different. Most important is to keep moving to relieve the gas and take a stool softener if you’re taking pain pills to prevent constipation. I’m four months out and still get incision pains.
  2. Please keep us Posted. Get some rest. Prayers nothing serious.

    Anyone regretting this?

Ditto. There are people here who have a softer approach and who really want to offer support. I hope things get better for you.
  4. Oh no! Prayers everything is ok. Keep us posted!
  5. Hey. I’m four months out and I can tell you that I can relate to the crying and buyers remorse and all of the things you are feeling. Be gentle and kind with yourself. It will get better! You will be healthier. You made the right choice. Just focus on taking each day as it comes and working your plan. Best of luck to you! We’re all here to cheer you on!
  6. I’m an RN working from home on my computer. Took two weeks off post op. The exhaustion post op was the hardest part for me even after the two weeks. Still need a nap once a day and I was sleeved July 10th.
