On pureed myself and that ricotta bake is life tome right now,. And agreed i finally tried tuna and mayo and it was so so delicious!

@Matt Z I finally got myself up to about 80-100 oz a day and im pretty sure you're right on the toxins thing. Trying to still flush out all bad carbs, sugar etc.

I understand completely! I'm having my surgery 10/30 and have kept most of it to myself since i've had people tell me "oh you have no motivation now well then you wont after surgery so its pointless" "or why dont you just diet and lose the weight". so sad to hear people judge my decisions so quick that are supposed to be my friends and be supportive but at the end of the day i have to keep telling myself, im doing this for my body and my mind and not for them

@Orchids&Dragons yea i might just stay on liquids and on the Soup did you just blend it to a creamy consistency or drain off the veggies and stuff

@Matt Z i never would of thought of that, thats a good idea! one they gave me as a suggestion was mix unsweetened applesauce with Protein Powder and god that was awful it was like the texture of slime that kids are always making nowadays and it was just a big nope for me...they said to do cottage cheese and i hate cottage cheese now taste wise period but i figured id try it after surgery and see if my taste buds change worst case my hubby will eat it bc he loves cottage cheese but its never been a thing for me

Its alright @Ed_NW i appreciate it. and i havent taken them in the last month or so.. been weening down slowly.. went from coffee with cream to black coffee and then from 2cups a day to 1 cup and then meds with caffeine and now in the last month or so been cutting those out.. i appreciate you trying to help tho
