I'm doing better today. I felt the same way yesterday, fluids were making me gag . One thing is I get really nauseous but don't throw up. I reached out to my surgeon. I will only be on liquid diet pre-op for 24 hrs. My surgery in 9/24 I have been looking forward to getting this surgery for a long time, now that it's soo close I am so emotional, I go from being excited, to getting nervous, scared. How long before surgery do you start liquid diet? My surgery date is 9/24 but I have my pre-op appointment on 9/19. I have yet to start my liquid diet, they haven't told me to start it. Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app
