I'm afraid of bleaching my hair
1, Aunt tried it with my color scheme, she ended up with orange sherbet hair, never bleach if you're a redhead!
2. I probably would resemble a broken-down scrub brush, thick with,just a tuft,on top.

I've been told to split my multi w/ Iron up for better absorption, as well as to never take the multi w/ iron with calcium citrate because it would cause issues with absorption.

I was told to do it the same way as you to split them out. BUT, I have a hard time remembering to do that. So is there a reason we can't take both at the same time? Like 2 Vitamins and then the 2 Calcium 2 hours later?

I take one multi with Breakfast and one with dinner. I’m not sure if it makes a difference regarding absorption but it’s just how I prefer it.

I was told to take it the same way you are.

I hope I look that good!!! We have the same HW. I'm only 4 days post op.

Thanks! I do have loose skin my arms and thighs and stomach are the worst. Stomach is no problem bc I’ve always planned on getting a Tummy Tuck anyway. Thighs, eh no so worried. Arms, I’m contemplating getting skin removed when I get my tummy tuck but I’m not sure it’s bad enough. They look fine in a pic but if I wiggle my arms yikes!
Also, I have not started working out 😬 I should do that 😂

I think it has been said before, but WOW you look amazing! And, you don't have a lot of skin which is amazing too! I am so afraid of the leftover skin. I have seen so many photos of people with sagging skin it is great to see one without it. Congratulations.

Awesome. I was a quick loser too. Well, I am still losing as just six months post-op. But I am already almost at my goal weight too which was a 177 lb loss.
