  1. PLEASE HELP WITH SUGGESTIONS! I weighed 284 at my heaviest, I got down to about 135 at my lightest. Within the past 6 months, I've gained about 25 pounds! I know I've been eating more and eating crappier so I'm not surprised. I just need to know how to lose it again. I've heard of people "resetting"? How does that work? Also, after WLS, is there even a point in doing the whole "calorie deficit" thing? Does it work? Open to ANY AND ALL suggestions. Thanks!

    You look great!! Congrats!

I'm also a size 6 now in most clothes (was a 24-26 pre-op), but I take an 8 in pants because of the excess skin on my stomach...so frustrating!! Wish my waistline looked as good as yours...I'm doing lots of exercise so maybe there's hope that I can get rid of it eventually. 🤞

    Good luck!!!!

Of course you should do whatever you feel is best, but you look amazing just as you are! If I looked like you, I would save the money! Another factor I've heard a lot about is the pain and difficult recovery that comes with skin surgery. But, again, I'm a firm believer in everyone's right to do whatever they want with their own body to make them feel their best. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous pictures and amazing transformation!

Thank you so much!!! I’m going to see how I feel after this summer ♥️

Rock that bathing suit girl!!! You look totally awesome, small waist, and may not need any plastics. You could just wait a couple years and see how much tightens up because you are still young. (Especially if you are not done having children, you didn't elaborate on that part)

Thank you! I am done having children so that part is over lol. I don't know that it will tighten up, I have some VERY loose skin. I'm going to see how I feel this summer and go from there!

That’s great you look that good, and haven’t had to start exercising yet. I am 3 weeks post op and struggling with eating. May I ask what your typical day looks like food wise?

Premier choc Protein Shake when I wake up, a serving of cheese for a mid morning snack, a yogurt before lunch, lunch is a small salad with chicken breast/corn/black beans/cheese, and then I eat whatever I want the rest of the day. Sometimes a Protein Bar throughout the day, just depends. Typically, I eat healthy but I don’t deny myself anything I want bc I eat such tiny portions it doesn’t add up to be nearly as much crap as I ate before the surgery!
