Friday August 31st for me. See the nutritionist on August 8th. Not sure if I'll be put on the two week pre op diet then, as my surgeon hasnt said anything about wanting me to. Im in Australia, so its winter here. My start weight is 290lbs and lm 165cm tall. Planning on spending the next 10 weeks devouring the forum to learn as much as possible and starting the lifestyle changes. More protein less carbs, water, exercise - lve set up the treadmill in my lounge room. I want to be 8 - 10kg down by surgery day.
