I take mine with a protein shake that seems to help. At least I have something in my belly before the meds

I just had the same issue lasted about two weeks which seemed like forever then today got on the scale and I dropped almost two lbs so I think I’m back on track again don’t worry

Hello everyone my name is Laura. I had my RNY on 5/22/18. I hit a little bump in the road with the purée phase . First I tried eggs and threw them up. Next I tried taco meat and well that’s kept me up all night belching, cramping, regurgitating and finally vomiting. My Dr said when you vomit with an RNY the pouch becomes irritated and needs some time to heal so back to clear liquids for me . I’m still trying to keep down one bottle of water for today. Getting used to this new way of eating is a bit tricky sometimes lol.

My dr said don’t do that when I ate string cheese he said can cause blockage

Does anyone know of a carb free, sugar free hard candy? My mouth is dry due to medications I take and I usually use Werthers sugar free thinking they were safe being sugar free and was horrified to see how many carbs are in five pieces. does anyone know of any alternatives ? My RNY was done 5/22/18.
