    Two NSVs from this weekend!
I was able to buy knee-high boots from PAYLESS!! EXCUSE ME???! Last year Torrid's boots were too small for my calves.
Also, I can cross my legs while sitting! I can't actually remember the last time I was able to do this. I don't think I even could in high school! YAAAYYYY!!
  2. Congrats!

A couple of NSV this past week...
    1. Fit into my old favorite bathing suits (size 12s & 14s) - Was able to retire my "new" big girl suits for my old fashionable ones
    2. Bought a appropriate US size (#'d) Harley Davidson capris (reality, they were US size 12/14 - and must've been UK sizing) a couple years back and they never fit.... tried them on for giggles the other day and they buttoned

    3. tried on a pair of old jean capri's today - haven't been able to wear in 3 years.... FIT....:D

I can actually see my feet on the scale without bending over‼️

I am stepping up my workouts and starting to work with a trainer today, and I’m looking forward to it‼️

    I ordered new bras ... started as a 42G and down to a 38 DDD ‼️‼️‼️
  4. Congrats!

I have managed to get rid of all of my pre surgery clothes, went on a trip to Alaska and managed to fit in the airplane seat! I have also managed to be able to fit my formerly big behind into any and all roller coasters at the local theme park!!! That alone was an amazing feeling since there were only a few rides that I was small enough to get on. I am currently halfway into working my way up to being able to jog a 5k in less than 25 minutes with my golden doodle and when that happens I will be doing cartwheels! By far one of the best decisions of my life to have this surgery!!

I like the pre-packed hard boiled eggs that have been mentioned before, as well as the P3 things also mentioned. My local stores also sell little packs with cheese, grapes, and almonds which I really love. And Quickchek (a convenience store in NJ) sells Quest Protein chips so I always grab one if I need something and there are no other options.

My new to me skinny jeans that were given to me a month ago (and we’re super tight!) are now too big.

Thank you! I appreciate the reality check, especially about the Non-Scale Victories. My brother and I went to Salem in August and I walked 5 miles and HE was the one to ask for a break! You're doing great as well, Congrats on being so close to goal!

BeanieSprouts got a reaction from RoseGoldHeart in BariActive calcium, Multi and Iron
Hi friends! My name is Jacqui, and I had surgery on 3/14/18. I was doing well with my Vitamins until surgery. Now they make me terribly sick, sometimes to the point of throwing up. My doctor says to take them with yogurt, like crush them up in it, but I can't eat enough yogurt to get the whole Multivitamin and I'm still sick afterward. Does anyone have experience with these? Or an alternative Vitamin regimen? I would like to keep these ideally as they are the ones covered by my insurance. For reference, I take two multi in the morning, two Calcium around 10 am, two more calcium around 4:30 pm and Iron around 7 or 8. The multi and the iron are the worst.

Thank you! I'll try those out, I never thought of using Pre-natal vitamins! As long as I don't feel sick I don't care how many tablets or pills I take. lol. I really appreciate it!

Thank you! My surgeon doesn't want us using Patches, I'm not sure why. I asked when I went for my 3-month check up and my RD said we'll see how I do on full solid food before maybe advancing me to be able to swallow pills. Then I'd be able to change to the tablet ones and hopefully feel better. I feel like the taste is a lot of it. <3
