Yes had same issue in the beginning need to put a Glass or cup in every room and when you enter Drink some or all at the end of Day try to empty all Glasses . -

Also matters who your Surgeon is , mine didn’t allow even Jello the first 2 Weeks.Some allow Chicken Salad the Day after Surgery which is insane . -

This is a life long decision not a quick fix .I know a lot of People who have had the Gastric bypass and who have regained all there Weight.Can also happen with the VSG you have to be diligent. -

It isn’t so much your relationship with food as it is more of life is about food .Birthdays ,Holiday,Drinks with friends.I could go on and on .Im shy 1 Month to a Year of my Surgery.Everyone needs to do there Home work !! Not a quick fix just saying this is a life time commitment.I started at 217 now 138 I feel awesome. -

I know 5 People who had the whole Bypass they all have issues,and all have gone back to gaining weight .I also know about 15 with the VSG all doing great no weight gain from Months out to 5+ Years . -

Had mine a Year ago this May best decision ever .Im 53 off of 5 Meds just take Vitamins now and a antacid.I was 217 now 138 , 80 Weight loss.Will you lose your Hair yup guess what it grows back .My Dr told me if you lose it right away your malnourished,I didn’t lose any till 5 to 6 Months out . Don’t listen to negativity. -
I didn’t lose also for 2 weeks but did lose inches .Not sappose to have any kind of carbonated products .

Slow and steady the way to go have to remember you didn’t gain over night, not gonna lose overnight

Quest Ranch are very good ,I eat a lot of beef Jerky high Protein low Calories

I did the Vitamin Patch in the beginning

I’m 9 Months out I Drink with a Straw for a few Months now .Have chewed gum pretty much from the beginning,I don’t take in a lot of air with Straw or Gum .As far as Coffee goes had Decaf first 5Months I now have caffeinated Coffee 2 to 3 cups a Day .Im down 73 lbs no issues .I also hit my water and Protein mark Daily.

If Hair falls in the beginning it’s from malnutrition.My Dr said it’s better to lose some Months in everyone will ,some more than others .Mine didn’t fall out until 5 Months and it was only for 3 weeks.

Everyone loses different inches count also .Also matters how energetic you are if your a go getter Person you will lose quickly also.
