after almost two years and a 160 lbs gone its insane not on any medications which helps a lot i think
so to answer your question yes it comes back with vengeance at least in some cases lol hope this helps

I WOULD RATHER HAVE THE REFLUX THAN THE WEIGHT I WAS AND THE DEPRESSION AND KNEE AND BACK PAIN TO THE POINT I DID NOT WANT TO DO ANYTHING VSG HAS GOT ME OFF ALL MED BLOODS PRESSURE AND I WAS PRE DIABETIC AND HEADING FOR DAILY SHOTS OF INSULIN IF I DID NOT CHANGE SO REGRET NO NOT ME I FEEL WAY MORE POSITIVE AND NOT IN PAIN ALL DAY AS I WAS DO I HAVE SOME ACID RE FLUX YES I DO I CAN DEAL WITH THAT THOUGH OVER THE ALTERNATIVE I WAS DEALING WITH FOR SURE JUST MY TWO AND HALF CENTS CHEERS EVERYONE

i do drink nothing carbonated however so beer is a no for me

1.my plan was one week prior so yes
2. i went back to work in one week
3.it was about three weeks give or take
4. for me i would puke it up
5.yes it is only a tool and you can cheat !!!
6. everyone is different for me yes red meat dont work well for me
7.this tool is the best thing i ever did for myself
dont kid yourself this is not for the faint at heart it is something you must want and want to make the changes and exercise and do the head work to have the success you are looking for almost two years out and maintaining 160lb weight loss easy no !! lots of work with great reward !!!!
