About 36 hours post-op and I'm feeling surprisingly well. My sister, who had the sleeve in December, told me that she wasn't even able to walk this soon after surgery, so I'm thinking that this is part of the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery program that my surgeon is part of. Now I'm mostly worried about keeping myself hydrated tomorrow.

Glad you are feeling better than expected! The only advice I have for the water you've probably heard before - keep water on hand and take small sips as often as possible.
