I sleep on the couch on my backish with my lega curled up lol its so comfortable but i keep getting gas in my shoulder

Good to hear you made it out! He meant rupturing the staple line before it has healed. It's pretty rare, but serious enough to be 100% fatal if not treated fast enough with emergency surgery. Basically, he said to stop drinking if I get a feeling like bread is stuck in my throat. Take small sips, and wait about 5 seconds between sips to see if I get any "I'm full" feedback before taking the next sip. Amazing to know cause my moms been pushing the liquids and sometimes when i drink i feel like my stomach is going to explodeee

What did he mean by "popping your pouch" I got discharged yesterday, by noon. I never even heard of "popping my pouch"

I barely stayed in bed, i was in the recliner or walking then when I tried to get in bed at home, it was horrible.. i slept on the couch, cause its more comfortable, my gas pains are tolerable now, but still a bit hurting im so happy that all my girlies are okay!! Wishing all of us a speedy recovery

I feel great! I was up and walking an hour after surgery, straight and been drinking my water. To be 2 days post op I feel really good, once these gas pains go away i'll feel way better.. hopefully I can get some sleep cause with the pain I couldn't/can't

I know the pain, my shoulder gas is so painful, just keep walking and try to push out the farts what seemed to help is drinking before walking and drinking after. The only pain I have is the gas pain

2 days post op (: doing good, walking a lot, moving a lot & drinking fluids.. but gas pain is still out and about .. farted for the first time since surgery today! It felt great, hopefully the gas pain should ease up.. feel it in my shoulder and stomach :(

They said they have nothing for gas just walking. But pain meds are tylenol oxy and other

SURGERY TOMORROW!! 10:30am!!!! I have to go to the hospital tonight to get admitted I am sooo excited and scared!! Pray for me I Know God has a huge blessing coming my way!!
