Pretty much what all the previous statements made. I have about 15 - 20 more pounds before hitting my goal as well. For me, I eat one small meal and drink my protein (shakes, water, nectar, fruit juices....all found in the store). I rarely hungry!

My stomach is a chatterbox. Makes all types of sounds. It my new norm.

I would give them a call and ask for a status update on my upcoming procedure.

When I'm full, I get the hiccups! However, my brother nose runs as well.
