Wednesday is our day!! How are you feeling? Any pre op success? Any nerves? I’ve lost 6.5 lbs so far which has now dropped my BMI below 35 but I’m still excited to do this!! I’m actually nervous but it’s almost here. My surgery is out patient and I’ll be home same day!! So far I have water, Premier Protein Clear Raspberry drinks and sugar free popsicles lol I will get some soup too but plan to buy as I go because who knows what I’ll be able to tolerate.

I have surgery this upcoming Wednesday. I’m studying for the bar exam which is late July! Wondering what’s the energy level!! I need to be able to study.

Any advice on how to constantly lose weight? I have a 34-35 BMI and surgery is Wednesday. I want to make the most of it

I just hadn’t found the logic in the pre op but hey I’m not the doctor

I’m already at 35 BMI if I lose 9 lbs I’ll be 34 BMI so it’s weird that I even need a pre op

Who is your doctor? Mine has all the prescribed for me too

June 6th! I haven’t even started buying stuff for after the surgery. But I plan to make some soups and get more of the premier protein clear drinks and case loads of water
