Set a goal with a time limit and that is measurable; run a 5k or fit into my size ___ again by March 1st, or track everything I eat for 3 months, etc

I told people I had my Gall bladder removed, which technically it was, and now I just can’t tolerate many of the foods (high fat, sugar, carbs) that I used to eat.

Taco Bell...haven’t tried it
Hamburger...yes without any bun
Toast...too much bread
Egg McMuffin...might be able without the top English muffin
Most of these foods do not sound like they are part of the life style plan.
