Just made my own cauliflower soup!! it might be a little high in salt and little too much fat (only like a 1/2T of butter) but OMG i finally like something i tried to make for this diet.

The last time I bought something from Express, the sales clerk said "Here is your gift receipt" because clearly I couldn't fit into their clothes. (And no, I didn't ask for one.)
Today, I bought 2 shirts in a size large and got a "This color is going to look amazing on you."

Yesterday my doctor scale read lower than my home scale and I was fully clothed. Usually my home scale is lower. I stepped in both within minutes of each other to try to tell if I could trust my home scale. Nope. 
Live your lives Sis, scales and men ain't ****

Ok , you can all have a laugh at my expense today.
As a kid i never cared for PB&J i would eat one if it was all that was available but i always preferred a tuna sandwich.
The other day my daughter comes over with an All Natural Peanut Butter and as we are talking in the kitchen she opens this jar up and the smell just about knocked me over. It was amazing. So i got a spoon and tried it straight, no jellies for me anymore, I was blown away with the amazing taste. Now i don't know if this a case of taste buds changing or just good Peanut Butter but that was a great treat. So i now have a jar in my kitchen and while i only eat a spoonful of it on any given day i am still amazed at how great it tastes.

Im absolutely terrified to buy underwear these days 😢, I realized I don't know my real size in anything anymore.

I had my VSG on 11/19/18. All went very smoothly at the hospital, I was able to get up and walk a bunch, and was discharged at 11 am the next morning. Unfortunately, at about day 6 I noticed that I had thrush and am still taking meds to get rid of it. The first was Nystatin and now on Diclofenac. I also got VERY constipated from the iron supplements, but luckily some Miralax unclogged me. My highest ever weight was 319lbs, I was 282lbs at my first visit with my surgeon and 270lbs on my surgery date. As of this morning, December 9th I am 245lbs.

I have been very busy lately and my arm has finally stopped hurting, still no lifting, but my weight loss started up again so i am back to trying to find the right calorie number to hold in place. Its weird to think this way now and i am having a harder time increasing my calorie intake than i thought i would. It feels wrong to tell myself to eat more. So many years of yo-yo dieting messing with me right now. The Mental game just never ends.

There are these chairs at work that someone should really just throw out. They have "arm rests" that are the wrong height (which is only a little offensive) , and those "arm rests" make them impossible for people of a certain girth to sit in (which is very offensive).
I can now sit in them. ... I still very much think they should be thrown out, because they're exclusionary, but they no longer exclude me, which is a small victory.

The stall officially broke yesterday and I'm down to 234! So 3lbs lost in 2 days! HALLELUJAH!

Stuck in a stall, been 237 for a few days. Sucks! But good news, I no longer fit in a 2XL leggings or shirts. Back to XL in shirts and leggings!!!  WOO!

Oh my goodness... I am no longer obese. Holy freaking cow. I feel like this needs a celebration this weekend

Highly recommend it!
Then hanging out briefly at a bar/restaurant where I had lots of water, two chicken wings and met a guy...
