Weight loss is hardly ever linear. For most of us, it happens in fits and starts. If you haven't done so yet, take your measurements and write them down. You'll be shocked how often the inches go down when the weight isn't moving. That helps provide the mental lift you need when the scale is being a b!tch. You'll do great, just give yourself some breathing room. -
I do the same thing! I don't want to waste extra targets, so I'll start concentrating on elbows and such! D@mn fine shooting, woman! btw, what is enhanced concealed carry?

I do the same with the WF mayo. Mix it 1/2 & 1/2 with Hellmann's light in chicken salad and such. -
That's the benefit of knowing we're a supportive group! But be daring, you look amazing! And none of those people on the beach will have any idea of your past. They'll see you and accept you as you are - YEAH!
