Anyone else feel more self aware of how fat their body looks in clothes as they lose weight? 50lbs ago I knew I was fat but thought I still looked good. Now...I just look fat

Tried this today. Ate maybe half but it's actually not bad. The crust is a chicken and parmesan combo so it's very low in carbs (4) and high in Protein (25). Obviously it doesn't taste like the real thing but close enough!

Sleeved on 5/11. Down 35 lb since surgery. Don't have any problems with reflux. However, trying to find the motivation to exercise. And the will to eat better. I too notice that I can eat a lot more bad food than good in a single sitting. Which can get frustrating.

I'm having one of those quick fill days. Can't finish things I usually can. Can only finish 2/3 of my oikos for an example. Drinking less Water as it's getting stuck in my throat.
What do you prioritize Protein or water?

No stall that I've noticed. But I weigh infrequently so it doesn't get to my head. Any "stalls" I could attribute to Constipation and my cycle. Down 25 lb since surgery 5/11!

Just hit 5 weeks post-op. Feeling pretty good. Down about 25 lb since surgery. Not worrying too much about the scale though the numbers look nice for. Finding it difficult to get all my Protein in now that I'm on solid but I get a little better each day. Decided it's time to incorporate some exercise so we'll see how that goes. Definitely need to start working on vitamins!!!

Yeah it felt very similar to my post op gas pain. Just had to ride it out. Need to be ok with spitting food out if I get that feeling

Moved on to soft foods recently. Learning day by day when is too much food. Unfortunately I'm learning slowly. Talk about discomfort! Kinda scared to move forward...

When they say two forms they usually mean back up your birth control with a condom or other barrier method. My patients always forget that a condom is a form of birth control.
