Where do you get the vitamin patch -
Had procedure done on 3:22 on purée foods but get stuck in esophagus am I eating to fast or what’s going on and also did laxative 3 days ago and nothing need help because I am very uncomfortable

Congratulations to all March sleeves from another March 22 .. the gas pain is something else but you will be fine and I have my 1 week post office visit today I am ready for the purée tired of liquids on liquids since the 8 of March

I have notice a lot of different things since being on this site. Find what works for you. For me I only have done premier protein shakes and the flavor I started with was strawberry cream and then I found I also liked Carmel and cookies and creams. I also used protein powder gene pro and I would put this in all my water along with crystal light and all food that I consume

My surgery is scheduled for 3-22 i believe you will do fine. If you have been following the step this far. For me I have to do 14 days liquids and it’s tough but you can do it.. keep the faith
