Made it all the way to week 13 without a stall...... and man does it ever mess with your head! I am trying to keep myself motivated and on other things but this sucks!!!!!!

Congrats. I am closing week 4 tomorrow. Not sure if i hit a stall or the scale hasn't moved because i haven't been able to produce a BM since Friday (today is Wednesday) and this Friday marks 30 days since my last cycle and i am anxiously waiting LOL.. Something has to give!!! Somewhere!

I was hoping to see the scale move this past week but it was exactly the same. For the rest of that day it really messed with my head and made me feel all sorts of emotions. But didn't stop me still hitting the gym daily and sticking to what I know to do.
I thankfully haven't had issues with BM's. When I was drinking protein shakes I had horrible issues but now that I take all my protein in through my food and homemade protein shakes that my surgeon told me about I don't have any issues. That really sucks you have to deal with that. Really not a good time.
