I'd like to be on the high end, 75-80% but you don't always get exactly what you want. I'll work with it to the best of my abilities but suspect it will be what it will be, so let the chips fall where they will. Still much better,than remaining obese for the rest of my natural life😝

I can never jump again, especially at this weight. I have 2 knee replacements, the thing I miss most? basketball, I was very good in my day, was even on the distict travelling team, no boy cousin even challenged,me to a game of Horse especially after I beat their little scurvy tushies. In my day there were girl rule and boy rule basketball, sure I played girl on travelling but me and my team-ladies, we played boy every chance we got, more fast paced, more fun. Happened to be in a school gym one day with kiddos one day, picked up a basketball shot and made a half-court shot, no net touched. No problemo! Kiddo #2 said "Wow I didn't know YOU could do THAT! Ole Mommy still had it! Score 1 for the Maternal Side!😛👍😛🏀

praying that the condo soon changes into a studio apartment or even a v rented room😛

Yes mitchjoanne, but they are going to take such good care of you it's almost like being wrapped ion a caccoon of love. And like a butterfly you will spead your beautiful new wings and fly so pretty. Maybe for a few days right after you might still feel like larva but soon you WILL FLY! And I too hold this thought in mind for my own surgery when it comes. I am much less afraid of the surgical process than continuing to live in this fat sad body which could break down at any time. So far I have not had many of the other bad effects of obesity but I realize I could explode like a time bomb with them before long. So I will claim the victory of Surgery Day and continue to use this tool for my body's benefit. And my daily life will be v etter for it.😛

Hey, all! For those of you who are post-op: have any of you tried the clear Protein Drinks? If so, what's your favorite brand/flavor? Wondering if they are worth stocking up on especially since I'm lactose intolerant.
